Dear Guest,
As answered on all the other portals where you have decided to post a catastrophic opinion, I will take the liberty of repeating the above-mentioned points.
First of all, all of our staff are fluent in English, except for one receptionist who is never alone at the reception and is therefore supported by her colleagues in the event of difficulties in English. Her check-ins have always gone wonderfully well, so if she has any problems in this language, guests have always been understanding. Too bad that's not your case.
Indeed some rooms have different carpets but this is the only detail that changes in all our rooms. I didn't think it could be so problematic.
Our breakfast is not basic as you imply. It is supplied with several varieties of products from organic or local agriculture. Cheeses, charcuterie, local jams, free-range eggs, pancakes,... Reviews attest to it, our buffet appeals to our guests.
Finally, you didn't need to "complain" about a cleaning as it is included for all stays longer than two nights. It is explained to all our guests on arrival that only one cleaning is included for stays of 3 to 7 nights.
Sorry to see that these small points make you decide to publish notices everywhere when a discussion on your departure would have made it possible to clarify points and a passage to the reception to change your room if it did not suit you would have meant that you would have left satisfied.

Pokoje sprzątane raz w tygodniu. W obiekcie dostępna jest pralka (5.50 EUR) i suszarka (3 EUR) płatne. Śniadania w formie bufetu w recepcji. Zawsze świeże bagietki, wędliny, przepyszne sery. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Zawsze uśmiechnięta i służąca pomocą. Polecam bardzo! ????
