Right away they gave me a map and helped me navigate. There’s about a 5-7 minute walk into city center, but it’s an easy walk. There’s also a pharmacy right on the corner and good places to eat nearby.
My son and I stayed for several nights. We were in a well sized double room. Comfortable beds, nice towels. The weather was hot so the air conditioning was very nice! The bar/reception area is super cool and in general the art is fantastic.
Highly recommend and would stay here again 100%.
Hotel staff are keenly customer focused and a joyful bunch.
Beds are very comfy. Not too hard; not too soft.
Breakfast is reasonable and well apportioned. (if you are a Hilton Honors member it's basically free)
Lobby has plenty of sitting areas that are also comfortable.
Busline and trolly and grocery nearby. Laundry too.
Try the treats in old town at Land & Monkeys. Yummy.

The hotel's location is very convenient. Tram A provides a direct, 45-minute connection from the airport, and the city center is just a short tram ride or walk away. The nearby Merideck Shopping Center offers a large grocery/home store and various shops. Nearby bus stop route to wine growing area for wine tour. We made full use of our 72 hr transit pass and travelled with the locals.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering valuable tourist advice at check-in. Breakfast featured quality local items and fresh baked goods. The hotel’s artsy atmosphere, while different from our usual style, was warm and inviting, successfully combining Hilton quality with local culture. Would return again.

The hotel itself is modern yet warm, tasteful and cozy - that goes for the lobby / bar / salon area AND for the rooms (which are very clean, quiet and confortable). Bedding was really confortable and we both slept very well.
Bathroom was clean, modern and functional, with plenty of hot water and pressure.
Photos reliably depict what you can expect.
We weren't bothered by any noise, whether from outside or inside. Breakfast was nice with pastries, excellent French bread, jams but also bacon, eggs, cheese (delicious btw) and your choice of cereals and seeds,...
Staff was helpful and friendly, and although we talked in French, I heard them talk in good english to international guests.
I'd say that's a nice hotel to recommend to international travelers who want to be very close to Bordeaux center without the noise. Solid choice.
Nous avons pris une chambre avec balcon, petit bémol car les balcons ne s'avèrent pas très sympathiques car la vue n'est pas dégagée et l'orientation peu lumineuse. Toutefois, ces chambres sont plus spacieuses et très calmes (c'est un mignon petit immeuble derrière l'hôtel), très jolies et agréables, et franchement pas beaucoup plus chères que la catégorie en dessous, donc ça vaut le coup.
Bref, une bonne surprise et un rapport qualité/prix très très intéressant. Je recommande, et si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Bordeaux, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
des chambres spacieuses, lit très confortable, très propre, déco raffinée, grande SDB avec d'excellents produits à disposition
rajoutez à tout ça une équipe bilingue professionnelle chaleureuse et aux petits soins pour vous !
