The croissants were a delight! The coffee was good, and it was also an interesting detail that the company responsible for the coffee supported employing people with physical disabilities. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to the things one needed. I was surprised that they had a space where children could entertain themselves and it wasn't just thought of as an adults place. The hotel was cozy, and in the end, I was also surprised that when we made the reservation, it was advertised that there was a view towards the Sacré Coeur basilica, and upon arrival, it REALLY had that view. I have had bad experiences where some places advertise or post "views" in the promotion of their rooms, and upon arrival, they don't even have windows, or the view is of a parking lot, and it's just an advertising trick which leaves much to be desired.
Finally, the details they had and the interest in knowing the reasons for our trip in order to react and adapt better (in our case it was my wife's birthday, and they left us a nice postcard and some chocolates),

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ma nuit à l’hôtel paradis : la déco est vraiment sympa, sobre et chaleureuse, vraiment très agréable, Les chambres sont extrêmement propres, du linge de lit, en passant par les éponges, tout est vraiment impeccable. Excellente literie. le gros plus est vraiment sur l'excellence de l’accueil, toutes les personnes à qui j'ai eu à faire était sympas, serviables, accueillantes de manière naturelle, de vraies personnes pas des robots, c'était super agréable. La personne qui s'occupe des petits déjeuner est une vraie perle : les yaourts sont fait maison, ainsi que les céréales, tout est fait avec amour et ça se sent ! situé dans une belle rue avec de nombreux commerces, à deux pas du métro, cet hôtel m'a ravi. Merci encore pour votre accueil, j'espère y revenir de nouveau :)

Camere e ambienti puliti, personale gentilissimo, accogliente e simpatico, quartiere vivace e giovane, bellissima atmosfera. Colazione deliziosa e simpatici spazi comuni per lavorare. Subito fuori dall’albergo ci sono un paio di ristoranti ben frequentati e molto buoni.

Très bon accueil à l'Hôtel Paradis, chambre PMR, le seul bémol est le manque d'une prise électrique dans la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, préparé avec amour par Oumou qui a cuisiné son bananabread, son granola maison (mention spéciale à celui au chocolat et noix de coco) et ses yaourts maison ! Et tout cela avec sourire et gentillesse.
J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Overall great experience. Kind and accommodating staff, great decor, and the location was fabulous. There was some noise in the mornings from folks getting ready in their rooms, but the evenings everyone was really respectful. I plan to come back.

Nous venons de passer deux jours à l'hôtel Paradis. Et tout était absolument parfait. La situation est excellente. L'hôtel est proche de nombreux restos & bars. Le personnel est absolument top. Juste un petit bémol concernant l'insonorisation intérieure et extérieure. Dormeurs sensibles s'abstenir.

Lovely team and a great spot in Paris. Close to a few metro stops so it's easy to get around by train, but a lot of the cool stuff is walkable from the hotel as well!

Room was clean, but the bathroom ceiling was so low my husband couldn't actually stand up straight. Access to level 7 is really awkward navigating a narrow and low ceiling staircase (see picture). The lift does take you to level 6 though. Lower floors might not have this issue, and if we didn't have the room height problem I'd have given 4 stars.

If you book this hotel, request a room not on level 7 and you might have a more comfortable stay.

If you're not particularly tall, then a perk of being up the top is that from level 7 you do get a peek of the Eiffel Tower which was pretty awesome

Hotel's location is great, hotel itself a bit tiny (especially for tall European people) and very noisy. Staff was kind and helpful.

I was lucky to find this hotel a day before my arrival to Paris.
I had a room on the 6th floor and had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
Also plenty to do around the hotel.
Will definitely come back if I can have the same room :)

Un bel endroit sur le fond et la forme, une équipe sympahtique à l'écoute des besoins, le métro à proximité.
un très bon petit déjeuner . Que ce soit pour un week-end ou en semaine, à recommander.
