I would give the hotel a low rating. The staff was rude and unhelpful, especially the lady at reception and the laser tag employee. The lack of friendliness and aggressive response to your questions certainly marred your experience. It seems like the hotel should make improvements in the training and behavior of its staff to make guests' stay more pleasant

Great locations 10 min walk to Eiffel tower. Great local restaurants at reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff and lovely hotel and rooms were so so clean. Would stay here again.

Ottima posizione. Struttura vicina a tanti punti d'interesse. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima anche la colazione dolce e salata. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Il nostro hotel per tutti i nostri viaggi a Parigi.

Soggiorno indimenticabile! La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, vicino alla tour eiffel, è accogliente e curata, la colazione è ottima. Il personale è disponibile e sempre gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Enrico, il proprietario, è super! Comfort ai massimi livelli! Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren am Wochenende im Hotel Ares,
Zusammen gefasst: unser Wochenende war perfekt! ????????

Wir wurden am Freitag herzlich empfangen, mein Partner hatte im Voraus einige Überraschungen mit dem Hotel vereinbart, welche kostenlos für uns vorbereitet wurden. Wir haben sogar noch ein Upgrade bekommen, so das unser Aufenthalt noch mehr zum Highlight wurde!

Die Zimmer sind so wie ich mir Frankreich bzw. Paris vorstelle. Klein aber gemütlich, das ganze Hotel wurde mit Konzept und einem Auge für Design bzw. Gestaltung ein gerichtet.

Für uns ist das Ares die Adresse für Paris, die Anbindung ist super (Metro, Eiffelturm, alles in der Nähe, man kann also vom Hotel super los! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, parken war auch kein Problem!

Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für das unvergessliche Wochenende! ????❤️

الإقامه كانت جدا جميله المكان قريب من كل شيء الغرف يوميا يتم تنظيفها وتعامل الموظفين جدا راقي ومتعاونين وبشوشين اتمنى يستمرون على المستوى نفسه و لنا عوده اخرى بإذن الله????

Super hotel!
Leuke schattige kamer, in Franse stijl en heel schoon! TV met Netflix & je kan streamen. Parkeren is vlakbij, loop afstand naar de Eiffeltoren en veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Ons andere hotel ging niet door, maar dit hotel maakte alles weer goed! Heel vriendelijk personeel en de eigenaar kwam nog persoonlijk een praatje maken. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug! Ga zo door, onze complimenten!

The hotel Ares Eiffel is a 4 star hotel that i can recommend personally for being perfect from the facilities… rooms are really elegant and comfortable bathrooms are really clean they maintain the cleanness the breakfast you can satisfied from different varieties of foods from breads, croissants, plum cakes hotdogs fresh juices coffee and fruit’s awesome ???????????? and most of all the stuffs and the owner are kind and helpful ☺️ great experience staying here in paris

About a 10 minute walk from the tower. Many restaurants and stores within 5 minute walk. The entire staff speaks English, French, and Spanish. Rooms were small but very nice and comfortable.

I hope at least a review in google and all platforms is a little important for this place. This hotel literally stolen my money. They dont care about customer service. I booked there and when trying to do a change because of human mistake after 15 min happened they was not helpful at all. My experience was the poor, it never happened to my and my family before. We have 2 kids and they were not respectful. If you are coming to Paris DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
