Wir waren vor einigen Wochen für eine Nacht im Hotel Maison 46.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und der Preis (144,50€) auch in Ordnung.
Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, jedoch ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Parkhaus.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Eiffelturm ist in 10 min fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Très bel hôtel et très bon accueil

La chambre été très propre, emplacement vraiment parfait. Accueil au top. Magnifique vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Très romantique.
J’enlèverais une étoile car pour une nuit à 350€ on a forcément des attentes et il n’y avait pas de rideau/volet dans la salle de bain donc réveillé de très bonne heure. Et je rajouterais un petit frigo car quand il fait chaud comme aujourd’hui ce serait agréable de pouvoir boire de l’eau fraîche. Mais je recommande cet établissement.

Cute hotel, but definitely a mixed bag overall.

Pros:
Staff was very friendly, managed everything well, booked a taxi to the airport for us. The location is excellent, very walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and a few small businesses located around the hotel for convenience. With our room on the 5th floor in the back of the building we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Room service was always good and very quick.

Cons:
The room itself was nice except for the water damage in one corner. There was what appeared to be some black mold near rhetorical ceiling, and the wallpaper was peeling off, presumably because of water entering. The heating was a bit annoying to work, since the radiators took a while to change the room temperature. The room also lacks a mini fridge, but since I was there in winter I was able to put my drinks on the balcony to keep them cold. Walls are also a bit thin, and we often heard the neighboring rooms talking.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een aantal supermarkten op afstand ook voor latenight snacks. Heeft een nette uitstraling bij het binnenstappen, maar helaas viel de kamer erg tegen. Geen slippers, overal stoffig, wc pot erg vies en het ergste was dat je letterlijk alles hoorde van iedereen. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie maar boeide haar niet heel veel.

Actually is been good from check in and during the stay, UNTIL check out.

The reception (eldery staff) request us to paid more.

We explain we ady paid full price in agoda, but he won't listen, and keep ask us take our credit card out.

We keep request to call a staff who can speak english, after 20min he only call his colleague. After the explanation, he let us go, 2min things he drag to 20min, and in the end we miss out our train to Switzerland.

We won't be missed if he is well train.

(I understand he doesn't hunderstand English, but at least well train on your staff!!!)

Absolutamente tudo ótimo. Recepção ótima, atendimento ótimo! Quarto lindo, tudo cheiroso, as escadas do predio são cheirosas! Café da manhã lindo e deliciosso. O hotel fica perto do metro e quase em frente de uma brasserie muito boa! Amei absolutamente tudo!

room 601's view had the Eiffel tower view which wads very nice.
Also all the staffs were so kind.

Pessima Esperienza con l'Hotel Maison 46:
Ho recentemente prenotato un soggiorno all'Hotel Maison 46, ma purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. La causa di questa recensione negativa è la loro politica di rimborso inaccettabile, che è emersa a seguito di un'allerta terrorismo.

A causa di un improvviso aumento delle preoccupazioni per la sicurezza, è diventato necessario per me annullare il mio soggiorno pianificato presso l'Hotel Maison 46. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti dell'hotel immediatamente dopo aver appreso dell'allerta terrorismo e ho spiegato la situazione. In modo incredibilmente scioccante, mi è stato detto che l'hotel non avrebbe emesso alcun rimborso, neppure un cambio date.

Mi aspettavo una maggiore flessibilità e comprensione da parte dell'hotel in una situazione così delicata.
L'allerta terrorismo non è un evento prevedibile né evitabile, ed è certamente al di fuori del controllo dei clienti. In queste circostanze eccezionali, mi sarei aspettato che l'hotel dimostrasse una maggiore empatia e compassione verso i suoi ospiti.

L'atteggiamento dell'Hotel Maison 46 nei confronti della mia situazione è stato del tutto inaccettabile e insensibile.

In sintesi, sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare presso l'Hotel Maison 46, a meno che non siate disposti a correre il rischio di perdere i vostri soldi in situazioni di emergenza.
La mancanza di considerazione e la rigidità della loro politica di rimborso mi hanno profondamente deluso e mi hanno fatto riflettere sulla priorità dell'hotel, che è orientata al profitto piuttosto che alla sicurezza e al benessere dei suoi clienti.

Vlak bij de hoogtepunten van Parijs, maar nog wel betaalbaar.
Vlak bij goede parkeergelegenheid voor 16 euro per dag.
Nette verzorgde kamer.

Par contre le personnel désagréable ,soucis ds la chambre (cafard, ce qui peut arriver) après avoir tué celui-ci ,nous avons demander que la douche soit nettoyée ce qui n a jamais été fait!!avons du tt nettoyé nous même,, pas d excuse, on avait l air de déranger Dommage !!!

Ik had dit hotel voor 2 nachten geboekt via Booking.com. Het hotel zelf is wel netjes en goed ingericht. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en konden meteen inchecken. De kamer zelf was basic maar op zich groot genoeg. Wat er bijvoorbeeld wel aanwezig had mogen zijn is flessen water en een ijskastje. Nu stond er een kluisje dat het niet deed waardoor ik denk ik veel meer mensen nood hebben aan een ijskastje. Met als reden ook dat het toen 34° was en we ons drinken niet konden koud zetten. Ik had bewust niet met ontbijt geboekt omdat ik de niet zo goede reviews hiervan had gezien en omdat we geen al te grote eters zijn. Ik zag dat mensen last hadden van lawaai van de buren maar moet wel zeggen dat wij hiervan geen last hadden. Het was een rustige kamer (5de verdiep) en hoorde bijna niets. Onze parking was op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen van het hotel (Interparking Cambronne). Aanrader aangezien je hier maar 12 euro per dag voor moet betalen. Locatie: op 5 minuten wandelen had je de tram en zaken waar je kon gaan eten en drinken. De Eifeltoren was een 24 minuten wandelen van het hotel.

Chambre très agréable et confortable. Propre. Spacieuse. Personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner est une obligation. Très garni et fait maison, même si un peu cher.
