Excellent room, small but very well appointed, very comfortable bed . Bathroom is perfect.
Only minus was the ventilation that did not seem to be working, reported to front desk but nothing changed.
This, coupled with the very noise intersection that the room was facing, created an issue with opening the window to let in fresh air.

Disappointed restaurant was closed and that i didn’t have the option to eat lunch or dinner. Check in was hectic and some staff rude. The assistant manager was nice and helpful and apologized. Housekeeping rude.

Chambre 8eme étage , pas de prise près du lit , plafond tachée par ancien dégât des eaux probable , connecteur de carte d accès se décolle du mur , lavabo fendu ...

Facilities advertised on Eurostar web site not available, bath in room, guest laundry (we had been travelling for 5 weeks and one of the reasons i chose this hotel was price, location and the opportunity to catch up on washing as we travel) so very disappointed washing mis advertised. Restaurant closed on weekend, we are a family touring out early , back to hotel eat and start early next day. Unable to do this. Had to go out again to find food ! . Was unable to use terraced outside area to smoke (not a great habit I know) staff wouldn’t let me, but out side the hotel I was approached offering me drugs and some poor homeless people asking for money etc. felt very unsafe in the area.
