L'hôtel Tilde est situé au bord du canal Saint-Martin, à deux pas du Parc de la Villette et à 20 minutes des Buttes Chaumont. La décoration est design et les chambres, bien insonorisées, sont desservies par un ascenseur. Leur décoration varie mais elle est résolument contemporaine. L'hôtel respectueux de l'environnement produit son chauffage et son eau chaude grâce à l'énergie solaire. L’hôtel dispose d'une salle de sport et d'une bibliothèque.

We spent a few days at this hotel which were truly a disaster.
First of all, once we arrived at the hotel we were sent towards the car park with unclear directions, without anyone to accompany us and then once we arrived at the car park here was the first disaster.
A car park that was not guarded at all, always open, in very poor condition, narrow for a slightly larger car, with the presence of people doing suspicious activities inside, with a terrible smell of pee, and they hadn't warned us that it wasn't even there. the elevator and then we had to climb the suitcases and the baby's stroller by hand up the narrow and slippery stairs, which were also all dirty with pee.

Then, once we finally arrived at the hotel, my 3 year old son accidentally spilled some water, wetting the bed, and despite several calls made to the reception, nothing was done, even though we were told that they would solve the problem, but we had to sleep in wet bed.
To top it off, at check-in we were told and confirmed that our reservation was until day 24, that everything was paid for and that we had to leave the hotel on Saturday morning and so we had organized ourselves accordingly.
On the morning of the 23rd, with much rudeness and arrogance they told us that the mistake was ours and that we had to leave the hotel immediately without even trying to find a solution, when the mistake was theirs alone, and the worst thing was who didn't even want to admit it, telling a completely different story and lying.
The girl at the reception was uniquely rude, and instead of trying to find a solution for some customers, due to their mistake, they did everything to throw us out.
Truly incompetent, like all their front desk staff who made this mistake.
I don't wish anyone to find themselves in a similar situation.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, NOTHING POSITIVE, DISASTROUS, INCOMPETENT AND LIARING STAFF.
