Habitación pequeña para un supuesto 5 estrellas (no lo es!) . Tuve que pagar el upgrade a una habitación más grande. Las toallas eran horribles, delgaditas, característico de un hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas. El servicio deja que desear.

Chambre pas à la hauteur d'un 5*... petite, mansardée, baignoire tres petite, bouchée et salle de bain sans aeration.
De plus, chambre mal insonorisée, à chaque passage dans le couloir, la porte de notre chambre claquait. Journée du 27 fevrier 2024

I had a poor stay elsewhere and checked in here to discover heaven at a more affordable price here. Incredible hotel on every level. Every detail is thoughtful and the staff is incredibly kind. Highly recommend!

This is our first time in this hotel, and I must say that our stay exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic and excellent in every way, from the room to the staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was genuine and welcoming. I still remember a special moment during check-in when my daughter had a cold and was coughing. Without even asking, one of the hotel members named Samuel brought her a cup of hot water and honey, explaining that it would help with her cold. It was such a nice gesture and a warm welcome.

The hotel has a perfect location, within walking distance of the main attractions in Paris.

The entire hotel team was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. Yassin stands out with his charming assistance in everything we needed. We were also grateful for the exceptional service from Jamal, Samuel, Chaima, and the rest of the team. The restaurant team, including Shayan, Salma, Mehdi, Xavier, and Lena, was also beyond exceptional.

Our 9 night stay was absolutely delightful, and I could go on and on listing everyone who made it so memorable. We want to express our gratitude to everyone, especially those mentioned, for touching our hearts. This will definitely not be our last stay there! Hopefully, there will be many more to come.

12月31日にパリに到着し、宿泊しました。凱旋門のホテルに宿泊予約できなく、こちらに一泊お世話になりました。フロントと男性は和かで優しく対応していただきました。
チェックインのとき、言語が上手くできない私達に優しく接していただきました。
部屋のチェンジも快く変えてもらいました。
1月1日から凱旋門のホテルに移動しましたが、こちらのホテルの方がサービスがよく、朝食も美味しく、最高でした。
家庭的な雰囲気を味わいたいなら、このホテルをおすすめします!
日本から初めてのフランスでしたが、こちらのフロントの男性スタッフを忘れることはないでしょう!

Everything was fantastic. Just watch your luggage. Don’t let them hold it and lock everything up in your room. They said they would lock our bags up. They were left out in the open for hours. Somehow my $1800 ipad disappeared and they have no idea where it went. And no one seems to care other than to say they are sorry.

Update: I did file a police report. Although we know nothing will come of that because the police have more important matters.

We reached out to the corporate office because the hotel was not responding to our emails. Corporate wired me the $1800 to replace what was stolen due to the hotel not securing my bag.

Un hôtel de la chaîne d'hôtels Marriott, nous avons été accueillis avec une coupe de champagne et du chocolat jusqu'à ce que nous obtenions la chambre, le service représentante était incroyablement parfait, la procédure d'enregistrement dans la chambre était excellente avec une explication détaillée de l'hôtel et le quartier de l'hôtel qui est situé à côté de la célèbre Place Vendôme, l'hôtel est très propre et joliment conçu, il y a L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine chauffée et d'un spa avec des soins de spa incroyables avec d'excellentes nounous, une fois dans une expérience de vie, il y a le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel dans un restaurant de luxe par le célèbre chef étoilé Mashlein, une recommandation chaleureuse pour le lieu

Rooms are very small - it’s hard to open your suitcase anywhere or other than your bed. Check-in isn’t until 4pm, and one of our rooms wasn’t ready until 6pm. Ruined our plans for the day.

The gym is small and doesn’t have much. It’s also dingy. The sauna is broken. The steam room looks and smells like it’s from the 1980s.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I deeply regret that we booked this hotel.

If you do stay here, make sure to visit Happy Cafe a block over. The most friendly service - will brighten your day.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Jean Christian. A hotel that doesn’t bother serving women customers. The 5 star hotel has no tampons in the entire hotel and took 3 days to restock. I asked for tampons around 8:30pm at reception when all stores are open in Paris, and I was told they don’t have them and will look for them. I wasn’t in a rush so went for a few drinks at the bar, coming back an hour later and was told there was none. It was incredibly frustrating because the hotel always has champagne, wine and chocolates and endless sweets in stock yet they don’t have any tampons. I was told the pharmacy at opera is already closed and there’s nothing they could do. I was furious and had to ask “am I expected to bleed in the hotel bed?!” There were 2 staff there and the female staff were kind enough to offer me some from her personal possession, 2 tampons and a few pads. It was ridiculous at this price and in the middle of Paris I had to “beg” for such. I asked to file for official complaint and the other staff simply gave me a piece of paper to write down and said he’d hand over to manager tomorrow. No reference and no promise to follow up

Later I found there’s a carrefour 3min walk from the hotel and they had tampons. The staff could have advised me or get them for me but they didn’t.

Next day nobody tried to contact me and I came back to hotel asking for tampons again and was told again they didnt have them in stock. Clearly the complaint was not being looked into and the they didn’t even bother addressing the problem. I asked about my complaint and was told it was delivered and again there was nothing they could do.

I was furious at this point and asked how angry do I need to be for the problem to be looked at?! They gave me business card of the front desk manager and told me she would be the only one in charge and only one I can complaint to. They offered this time to buy my some from store but I already have what I bought yesterday and was asking out of principle.

The next morning I found the front desk manager and she admitted that she didn’t have time to contact me yesterday and that they didn’t have time to restock. Again she apologized but all these apologies are so meaningless without any actions. She said she would make sure to have some by end of day.

I came back again in the evening and they told me they had them now.

I had to find it online myself the official complaint channel to raise my grievances. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating. And I still can’t believe this is happening to a 5 star hotel in the middle of Paris in 2023.

I decided to post the story here so more people can see and please ask for tampons if you can at hotels you stay. They wouldn’t care unless women are loud enough to be taken seriously.

Hotel was fine, but the staff stole a bunch of cash that was quite thoroughly tucked away. Hotel "performed an investigation" that resulted in absolutely nothing.
Thieves and liars. Don't bother.

disappointing. we booked a family suite and got two double-rooms. the pool was broken / closed and they promised sweets etc when we booked but nothing there. Location close to Louvre / Christmas market is good though.
