- No cleaning services during our stay
- No towels, shower gels, etc.

The worse experience with a hotel. We found bed bugs in the room on the bed and on the floor. We asked to talk to the manager immediately but he avoided us and ignored us completely, we couldn't even talked to him in the phone.
The smell in the common areas and the room was awful, very intense and unpleasant.
After we reported the issue to the receptionist, she didn't do anything about it, we had to find another hotel for the night. The receptionist said that tomorrow the manager will be there for sure. Next day we went back to find the manager, but again he didn't appear. When we asked access to our room to check if we forgot something the previous evening, the receptionist let us in and we saw that they applied chemicals everywhere in the room, on a Sunday morning. This means that they already had this kind of chemicals and they were aware about the bed bugs issue but they simply didn't care.
Apparently the smell we noticed the first day in the common areas was due to chemicals used the days before.
Also to mention that when we enter the room the first day we found dirty bedsheets and no towels. They didn't provide any room cleaning all three days we stayed there and they didn't provide clean towels, bedsheets and shower gels.
Everyone was super rude and ironic after we reported the bedbugs issue, and nobody looked that cared about it.
We asked for refund and they didn't even contact us.
I would never recommend this hotel, it is unhealthy environment with rude people and when you leave you get bedbugs with you. Disappointed! I hope the hotel inspection will close this place soon.

Offensichtlich Bettwanzen und anderes Ungeziefer in den Zimmern. Es stinkt und ist dreckig.

Chambre petite mais assez propre. Toutefois, je suis revenue avec des piqûres de punaises de lit ! L'isolation sonore avec l'extérieur est plutôt bonne. Par contre, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres contiguës...
Hôtel au pied du métro et des bus.
Personnel très gentil, mais par contre, impossible d'obtenir le reçu de la location avec le nom correct, malgré trois appels téléphoniques et trois promesses de la part du gérant !
Dommage...

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, justo frente a una estación de metro y una parada de taxi, todo fue excelente, solo que la limpieza es donde tiene oportunidad, por que las almohadas olían raro

No reception after 10 pm. If you need any assistance after that time, forget it. You can call all the numbers and no one will answer. My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 00:am due to a 2hrs train delay. They had given us instructions to get the keys in the safe box next to the (closed) reception, no keys were found and we were left without a room, had to find a last-minute alternative...what a way to start a 10 years wedding anniversary.

OBS: Hallways smell like sewage and are quite dirty.
