The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in; even after asking for a mattress topper it was no better. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room & no restaurant or room service. Majority of staff were very junior meaning they were not able to assist when asking for basic things (eg a large taxi to take 4 plus bags). ‘Do not disturb’ sign on door was also ignored by reception staff who called every time it was left on — anyone doing so is aware that this may mean housekeeping do not come; beware if you have jet lag or are trying to relax during the day. If I had not stayed here for business I would have left a lot sooner than I did.

Un Hotel Boutique, seria en España.
No tengo palabras, el personal es súper amable, recepción camareros, todos sin excepción.
La ubicación perfecta, las habitaciones muy confortables y con muchos detalles.
Puedes tomarte un chocolate con dulces, como detalle del Hotel, el desayuno a la carta, su camarero ni que decir de atento.
En resumen recomiendo este pequeño Hotel por la amabilidad y lo serviciales que son todo el personal desde estupendo Hotel.

Lo que en España sería un hotel con encanto.
Pequeñito pero muy familiar. Tiene detalles que se agradecen como dejarte todos los dias una botella de agua, ofrecerte un chocolate calentito por las tardes. Y tiene un personal joven y superagradable en recepción. En cuanto a la ubicación es genial. En pleno barrio latino a menos de 5 minutos de Notre Dame y a dos minutos de una parada de metro.

Extremely nice staff and a very reasonably priced hotel. One of my fears of going to Paris was the fact that I have not studied French. I have taught myself some Spanish and German but have not got around to French yet. You read about how rude the French can be. I did not experience any rudeness at all in Paris. Everyone was very nice, helpful and patient with my lack of French. All of the staff at this hotel was fantastic and very kind. They even gave us two free drinks! When we come back to Paris we will be looking them up. They are in a great neighborhood as well. It’s a great place to stay. Extremely practical. The rooms aren’t large, but they are very nice rooms and who needs a large room when you are in Paris any way? It would be nice to have tv where there are subtitles in other languages or just subtitles in French. All of the channels were French channels, which is ok, we are in France, but being able to at least put subtitles on would be nice. Fantastic hotel overall though. Extremely nice staff. We have one more day and night here. I just wanted to write a review so I would not forget. ????

I love the Hotel Baume. It is in a perfect location in Paris and the staff are so nice. The little breakfast room is agreeable and a happy hour is delightful.

Beautiful boutique style hotel next to Odeon Theatre and Luxembourg Gardens. Just 3 mins walk to Odeon Metro station. Notre Dame and the Seine a gentle 12 min stroll (including wonderful Le Calife cruise dock). Hotel has a great ambience and our Superior room was beautiful - including the best walk in shower I've ever experienced. Small restaurant area for breakfast but many eateries close by. The staff are absolutely amazing and go way beyond, especially Gabriel who spent ages helping us when we arrived. We will be back.
