2024年1月訪問 普段はオペラ周辺に泊まりますがサンジェルマンデプレにも興味があり初めて泊まることに、お値段と場所、口コミから選びました。ただ日本人から見たらサービスも設備も使い勝手の悪い印象、、、
エントランスのドアは防犯上なのか?外からは開かない仕組みで帰るたびに、フロントに合図して開けてもらう?笑
全ての方が書いてらっしゃるエレベーターは1人しか乗れません。クラシックホテルだから仕方ないですが、一人旅の場合、荷物を先に下ろして自分が階段ダッシュで取らないといけないという冗談みたいな話。
また、電気ケトルやカフェサービスがないので、温かいものを飲めないので身体が冷えます。エアコンはバッチリ効いてるので寒くはないです。
場所は部屋からサンシュルピュス教会が見えるなど雰囲気はありますので、Theパリの生活がしたい方にはオススメですが、近代化したホテルステイをしたい方にはオススメできません。

Die Lage war ein absoluter Traum. Ein schöner Platz mit Notre Dame ähnlicher Kirche. Fußläufig war der „echte“ Notre Dame nur 15 min. entfernt.
Das Hotel war natürlich auch gut das einzige Manko -unser Zimmer war im sechsten Stock und der Aufzug konnte nur eine Person mit maximal kleinem Koffer beherbergen- also: beim buchen nach einem Zimmer im unteren Bereich fragen ;)
Die Rezeptionistin Anush war super lieb. Gerne wieder. Hayastan !

Ein Hotelmanagement, welches ich nie gesehen habe... und ich bin selbst Hotelführerin und bin seit 30 Jahren im Geschäft. Leider kann ich Morgen meine Reise nach Paris nicht antreten. Sie haben nie geantwortet, sie haben meine email einfach nicht geöffnet und gleich in den Papierkorb geworfen (hatte die Lesebestätigung aktiviert), ich wollte nicht annullieren, aber umbuchen.. haben es nicht akzeptiert... unverschämt .. wenigstens eine Antwort schulden sie jemand der ihnen schreibt, das hat mit Anstand zu tun. Hoffe sie bleiben alle schön gesund ;-). Auf nimmerwiedersehen.

Une équipe super gentille.
La chambre Deluxe était grande mais ce serait mieux s'il y avait un plateau d'accueil dans la chambre avec bouilloire et qq thés et infusions au choix.
La 402 est trop bruyante car on entend les gens dans l'escalier.

Ótima localização, ao lado da estação do metrô! Quarto pequeno mas a intenção não foi para ficar no hotel.

The service and staff were incredible. They were friendly, helpful, and kind! The rooms were cleaned very well each night. We had a nice room with a balcony too!

Ein nettes kleines Hotel, das traumhaft nah an Metro und Busstationen liegt. Das Personal ist freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Die kleinen Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen meiner Angst in dem wirklich einzigen Aufzug und einer fehlenden Klobürste auf den Zimmern.

Location was really nice, near lots of stores, bus stops, metro stations and attractions. The rooms were in a good state. Some people mentioned they were small but I got what I was expecting and was happy with the rooms. It was air-conditioned and the hotel had elevator for us to use when moving the luggages etc. Most of the staff was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
However, I hope it gets through to those in charge that one of staff members was really confused and irresponsible.
We first stayed in room 205 and had to extend our stay from August 6th and a very friendly staff from earlier kindly offered to move our luggages from our previous room to the next one so we wouldn't have to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day. We talked to him in the morning and everything was set perfectly. When we came back in the evening a different guy was at the desk and he assigned us to a room on the fifth floor. But once we got there, our luggages were nowhere to be found. We went back down and asked about it, then he made us go all over the entire hotel multiple times to find our luggages that they promised would take care of. The luggage was not in our previous room or anywhere on the second floor, nor was it in the fifth floor where he assigned our new room. I didn't mind walking up and down the stairs, but it was unfortunate that it was for his own confusion that I was doing it. It turns out our luggages were on the third floor and we were meant to be assigned a room on that floor, which makes total sense. But this staff told us quite stubbornly that we should go back to our room he gave us on the fifth floor.
I found it odd and asked if it's possible that we were supposed to be assigned a room on the third floor, as our luggages were already there and the guy from the morning seemed to know what he was doing. To this he assured us confidently that there is no room for us on that floor. I was already a little fed up with him at this point so I asked if he was then saying that the hotel put our luggages on a random floor out in the hallway, regardless of how well secured they are with the cameras, and we have to move our own luggages unlike how we were promised in the morning. He shrugged and told me to complain to the director if I'm so unhappy with it. We moved all our luggages to the fifth floor only to get a call from him from the desk saying he was wrong and our room is indeed on the third floor. We had to move the luggage back again. The whole thing was really frustrating.
To be completely fair with him, there was a very similar name on the list of reservations as mine and perhaps that's what confused him. But we were aware of that issue and tried to explain it to him but he didn't seem to understand. Also, even so, shrugging off when I said it was odd that our luggages were in a random floor and telling me to just complain to the director is still irresponsible in my opinion. Also, he made it look like the guy in the morning who was super helpful alongside the rest of the hotel staff made a mistake, when it was he himself being clueless and unhelpful.
I don't want to judge the hotel itself poorly, because otherwise we really liked the room. In fact, all the other people there and the room was great. Everyone was so helpful and sweet. But this one staff member in the evening, August 6th, really ruined our experience in the hotel and hopefully this gets heard.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat, war offensichtlich, dass es nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Das Fehlen einer Toilettenbürste in meinem Badezimmer war besonders ärgerlich. Obwohl ich dieses Problem dem Personal meldete, wurde die Toilettenbürste erst nach mehreren Nachfragen bereitgestellt.
Der Höhepunkt meiner Unannehmlichkeiten war der Aufzug. Dieser war so winzig, dass höchstens zwei durchschnittlich große Erwachsene hineinpassten. Die Wartezeiten wurden dadurch unnötig verlängert und es war äußerst unbequem, den Aufzug zu benutzen, insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten.
In Anbetracht des Preises, den ich für meinen Aufenthalt im Hôtel Atlantis bezahlt habe, finde ich die gebotene Qualität nicht angemessen. Die Kombination aus mangelnder Sauberkeit, fehlender Ausstattung und unzureichendem Aufzug beeinträchtigte meine gesamte Erfahrung negativ.
Ich bedaure sagen zu müssen, dass ich das Hôtel Atlantis aufgrund meiner eigenen Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen kann. Ich hoffe, dass die genannten Probleme in Zukunft angegangen werden, um die Erfahrung für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern.

Prima hotelletje voor een stedentrip. Kleine kamers, zeer kleine lift maar alles wat je nodig hebt als je doel is om er enkel te overnachten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamer en badkamer waren goed schoon.

Il personale è meraviglioso, le stanze sono pulite ed accoglienti, puoi fare colazione in hotel, al costo di 13 euro, ma se vuoi qui vicino puoi trovare una Carrefour City o un Bonprix con tutto quello che ti serve sia per pranzo e cena, se ti fai cena in camera nessuno ti dice nulla, anzi il personale è veramente disponibile!! L'agenzia ci aveva detto che era vicino al Louvre, ma più o meno, è a 20 minuti a piedi dal Louvre, se dovete venire qui cercate la linea 4 della metro o il bus 86 e 63 le fermate più vicine sono saint Germain o Saint Supplice!
