L'hôtel Montaigne a vu le jour dans les années 1950. Sa décoration a été revisitée par l'architecte Pierre-Yves Rochon. Légèrement inspirée de la période Art déco, elle est très réussie et confère une atmosphère très chaleureuse. Meubles en acajou, grandes cheminées, salles de bains en marbre, photos en noir et blanc, tout y est pour apporter le chic parisien dans les chambres, spacieuses et douillettes. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une cuisine française traditionnelle. Le petit déjeuner y est servi tous les matins. Des boissons sont aussi disponibles au bar qui s'ouvre sur un patio. Le personnel est très efficace et attentionné.

My recent stay at Hotel Montaigne in Paris, booked through Agoda.com, has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite initially hoping for a pleasant experience, multiple aspects of my stay have fallen far below my expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.
Right from the moment of arrival, it became evident that the level of service and genuine hospitality was severely lacking. While there were two friendly ladies at the reception, it quickly became apparent that the hotel lacked properly trained and specialized staff to cater to specific guest needs. This was particularly evident when I required assistance with simple requests, such as obtaining an adaptor or weighing my suitcase. The staff’s dismissive and unhelpful responses only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction.
Furthermore, the condition of the room itself was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness standards were below par, and several promised amenities were either missing or of such low quality that they were practically unusable. The lack of attention to detail has greatly detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.
Moreover, the absence of essential services, such as bellboys or concierge staff, was highly noticeable. Such services are typically expected and appreciated in a hotel of this caliber. Their absence only served to further diminish the overall guest experience.
Lastly, I must address an incident that occurred during my stay. I woke up this morning to find a bruise on my lips. This injury was a direct result of a staff member’s negligence when attempting to assist me with a simple task. The individual, who mentioned having back pain, and he can’t lift it. He gave it to me to try pulling. Unaware of the proper technique, I tried to pull and my hand slipped because bag is heavy which resulted in the bruise on my lip. Such negligence and lack of training is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s commitment to guest safety and well-being. And surely refund the whole stay with apologized letter.
If a situation like this can occur to me, it is alarming to think about the potential harm that could befall other unsuspecting guests. It is my strong belief that if similar incidents were to happen to other individuals, they would rightfully pursue legal action against the hotel.
In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Montaigne via Agoda.com has been an absolute disappointment. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes immediate improvements to their service, staff training, cleanliness standards, and overall guest experience. I urge potential guests to carefully consider their options and think twice before choosing this hotel.

Le lieu est cosy pour orendre un verre au cours d'une réunion de travail.
Dommage que le cappuccino ait aussi peu de goût.
Cela méritera une nouvelle visite pour tester la carte.
