Great location. Walked to the Eiffel Tower & down the main shopping street to the Arc de triumph.
Staff was helpful with getting taxis & telling them in French where we wanted to go. They kept our bags for us while we did a tour after we checked out.
The bed in the room was SO comfortable! I slept like a baby. Best sleep I have had in a long time.

Was a terrible experience! Decided not to pursue the Marriott Titanium status after being treated shabbily. Requested for a suite upgrade as there were many available suites, the receptionist didn't reply. Followed up 3 more times, was completely ignored. No apologies. No reason given. It's as if I was fed on glass growing up. Asked for a bucket of ice for a champagne given by Hilton (yea was upgraded there!) in my previous stay and they brought a measly amount. They had to make THREE trips before there were any sufficient amount of ice to chill the bottle. Seriously. What kind of lackadaisical service is this?! Mindblowingly bad.

Oh and no brekkie either. No water; bottled or otherwise. Curtains aren't black out. In-room wifi is unusable. Which wifi works in bytes/s in this day and age?!

Goodness. This is by far the worst hotel under any brand I have ever visited.

Hotel znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji, nie jest duży za to bardzo stylowy i klimatyczny.
Restauracja na wysokim poziomie jedzenie świeże i pyszne dania serwowane do pokoji rewelacja.
Hotel posiada cygar bar gdzie można usiąść napić się dobrej whisky, zapalić cygaro i obejrzeć mecz.
Nasz pokoj numer 143 bardzo czysty, duże łóżko i lustro na suficie a w łazience osobno wanna i prysznic duży plus za to.
W szczególności polacam kontakt z Sam i Antoine doradzą podpowiedzą pełen profesjonalizm na pewno tu wrócę.

Staying at Le Maison Champ Elysées in Paris has been an absolutely delightful experience, one that I feel compelled to share. The hotel itself boasts an elegance and charm that perfectly encapsulates the beauty of Paris, but it was the warm and exceptional service, particularly from Dali at reception, that truly made our stay unforgettable.

Dali’s incredible friendliness and attention to detail ensured that our every need was met with a smile. His recommendations for local dining and attractions helped us discover gems we wouldn’t have found on our own, and his genuine care for guests’ comfort made us feel truly welcome in the City of Light.

Whether you’re visiting Paris for the sights, the culture, or simply to bask in its romantic atmosphere, Le Maison Champ Elysées, with Dali’s outstanding service, will undoubtedly enhance your experience. A heartfelt thank you to Dali and the entire team for making our Parisian dream come true!

What a huge disappointment of Mariott hotels. I've stayed at probably more than 20 different 4-5 star Mariott hotels all around the world (Korea, London, Paris, France, Rome, Many other locations around US). I booked this hotel because it was a 5 star hotel and the vicinity was close to many attractions. But, when I first checked in, the front desk was not as professional as other 5 star Mariott hotels. The only thing that looked nice was the lobby. The front desk didn't even explain what kind of amenities are included within hotel (wifi, breakfast options, pools, spas, etc). getting on elevator, it felt like I was getting inside a very poorly constructed rusted and dented, and clinking sound steel elevator. When we first go to the floor of our hotel room, everything was black (black carpet, black paint, black door, etc). When we opened the door, I was so shocked by its uncleanliness. almost everything inside the hotel room was white with black accents. But, the white was not all white.. bathroom had many moldy areas, shower knob was broken, caulkings, stainsd and moldy mirror, AC wasn't working, bedside table lamp and the desk lamp wasn't working, carpet was very stained and dirty. I was speechless. I felt so icky staying in the room. (didn't want to take shower or spend much time in the hotel room...). One positive note was beddings were comfortable. If I was booking a 1-2 star hotel room, I would not be this shocked or upset. But, getting this sort of experience at 5 star hotel was shocking.

I heard there was another part of the building within the hotel. Maybe that side of the hotel rooms are nice, but the wing I stayed in and the hotel room I stayed in was less than 2 star rating. (google is giving me error messages, so I can't upload any photos or videos)

Un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Un emplacement parfait, une chambre impeccable, un petit déjeuner copieux, divers services proposés à la clientèle…
Mais le mieux reste l’accueil et l’accompagnement des clients en particulier par le manager Antoine.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Older style hotel rooms, mature for refurbishment.
Exposed to alot of noise from outside back courtyard.
