The room was clean but small. The shower left water all over the bathroom and the check in process was not great. We arrived at 330pm and the room wasn’t ready and the receptionist could not tell us when it would be ready.

The hotel is in close proximity to the Champs Elysees. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful.

The wardrobe is very small and not enough for 2 persons, concierge service staff in the night is not friendly enough. Room service is not working all the day.

we liked the location very much. we used to stay at the Rive Gauche for many years but like this better. the deluxe room is big and comfortable. I saw a room on the 5th floor but liked it less because of the narrow corridor. it was a single room

The room and view were gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable and whole the bathroom was small the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. I’d love more food options.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The junior suite was specious and very comfortable. The location is the best !! Very convenient and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The front desk helped us with taxi reservation and other information. We will definitely come back.
