L'hôtel Marcel Dassault doit son nom au constructeur d'avions qui en fit l'acquisition en 1952. Il a alors notamment abrité la rédaction du magazine Jours de France. Ce bâtiment du XIXe siècle, qui rappelle le style en vogue une centaine d'années plus tôt, a été réaménagé par l'architecte Jean-Michel Wilmotte avant que n'ouvre ici en 2002 un lieu dédié à des ventes aux enchères et à des expositions d'œuvres d'art.
