Restaurant avec terrasse déjà qualifié de Roi des Restaurants marqué par le bon goût avec sa cuisine exceptionnelle
Dans un décor magique, sur une terrasse surplombant la mer, on se régale d’une cuisine mise en œuvre par le chef et Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Julien Roucheteau qui a fait ses armes à la Table du Lancaster. Sa cuisine est d’une rare minutie. Chaque plat a une thématique bien précise : iodé, fumé, piquant, acide… en étroite symbiose avec les desserts du chef pâtissier Benoît Jabouille, qui perpétue la tradition du chariot des mignardises. Le tout accompagné par une carte des vins divine (700 références) truffée de grands noms. Le paradis !

We wanted to order champagne by the glass at the price of 46 euros per glass. The waighter suggested that as there are 4 of us its better to take a bottle. We agreed, as regulary it is cheaper to do like that. Later some of us continued with same champagne by the glass.
Our surprise was huge when we got final bill. The bottle (which according to the waighter equaled to 5 glasses) was calculated as 313 euros, but 3 glasses of same champagne were 138 wuros. When i paid my attention to it, the waighter told me the bottle contained 6 glasses and tried to calculate 138+138 as 376 (I know French people have weak education, but didnt know they were so bad in math).
When I told him it should be 276 instead of 313, instead of bringing his excuses about them cheating on us, he just told me “it”s just 30 euros, not big deal. The bottle is always more expensive (which is not true, of course)
For sure in compariston to 1300 euro bill 30 euros is not big deal. Normally I would have left 130 euros tips. But its not about the money, it’s about cheating clients at a Michelin restaurant and disguisting behavour when they have been caught on cheating.
Normally at decent restaurant they would apologize, but not here unfortunately… They just kept telling me 33 euros it not a big deal and not understanding that their behaviur is just shameful.
You don’t expect to be chrated for 30 euros in a restaurant like that ????
Please be aware and look at your bill not to be cheated.
P.S food is average, view is nice
