Super conciergerie ! Équipe réactive et impliquée. En tant que propriétaire, je suis très satisfaite du service de Nestor. Je recommande à 100%. J’ai confié mon bien en toute tranquillité et confiance. Mon appartement est très bien entretenu et toujours loué!

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for Christmas holidays 2023. We chose Blue Promenade and it was perfect. The apartment, right on Promenade des Anglais and a short walk from the famous Negresco Hotel, was everything and more. The view to the Mediterranean is incredible. Noise level is minimal with door closed and never a problem sitting on the delightful porch.
The unit is huge with large Living, Dining, Kitchen and 2 bedrooms with master having a connected full bath.
The kitchen was very well equipped (unlike other 'high end' units we have rented both in France and elsewhere). A large supermarket is 2 blocks away and there are restaurants both across the street and a bit farther afield.
Consider this unit if you are looking for a large apartment in Nice.

Nous avons passés une semaine dans cet appartement très calme, très bien équipé (manquerait juste un four) et très propre. Idéalement situé : plages, commerces de proximité, 15 minutes à pied du vieux Nice et de la gare. Nestor&Jeeves ont été à notre écoute pour le moindre souci. Nous recommandons vivement.

We loved our 3 days in Nice and the beautiful apartment that was part of Nestor and Jeeves group was a big part of our memorable vacation here. The apartment was even nicer than the great photos and it was quiet and very near everything. The place was spacious and spotless and the beds and bath rooms were perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed a dinner in at the big dining table and enjoyed family time watching movies in the comfortable seating area. We walked everywhere and were again pleasantly surprised at how convenient this neighborhood is to the boardwalk and old town. And this Concierge group is extremely responsive and exact in directions.

We very much liked this apartment. This is the second time we have rented through Nestor & Jeeves. The last apartment was in a slightly quieter area. This time we decided we wanted to be closer to Old Town. The apartment is very roomy with plenty of space. It is close to many good restaurants and trams and buses are practically outside the door. Even though it was very central, it was very, very quiet at night.

Notre expérience avec Nestor&Jeeves a été exceptionnelle. L'appartement Standing Baquis était aussi bien que les photos, exceptionnellement propre et très bien situé. Le service de prise en charge à l'aéroport et de bagages fourni par N&J a rendu le voyage très facile. Une application pour l'appartement nous a aidé à résoudre tous les problèmes que nous avions. Toutes les communications ont été efficaces et ont reçu une réponse rapide. Je recommande pleinement cette entreprise.

Our experience with Nestor&Jeeves was exceptional. The Standing Baquis apartment was as good as the photos, exceptionally clean and in a great location. The airport pick up and luggage service provided by N&J made the trip very easy. An app for the apartment helped with any issues we had. All communication was efficient and received a prompt reply. I fully recommend this company.

Das Apartment STANDING BAQUIS - Central - Close sea

Absolut perfekte Lage, traumhafte Aussicht, sehr gute Ausstattung.
Für die Anmietung, Vorbereitung und Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes in einer den Unterkünften von Nestor & Jeeves hilft eine sehr gute, eigene App. Über diese wird man bestens über alles in der angemieteten Unterkunft informiert und kann via Chat direkt mit dem Office kommunizieren. Alles läuft reibungslos.
Das war eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Alles war perfekt! Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mit 5 bewerten, sondern mit 100!

This is an excellent company. Their communication is first class. The collection and drop-off for apartment keys couldn't be easier. If using their app, they supply you with lots of very valuable and necessary information about the apartment you are staying in. I would have no hesitation in using this company again. Many thanks.

This was a spectacular apartment well appointed with a very central location, a walk to the beach, tons of restaurants shopping and markets right outside. The apartment itself was spacious well appointed and very modern. Everything looked brand new! I highly recommend booking their car service as well for airport or train pick ups. The staff was friendly and quick to respond, my stay was 11 days and I wish it was 11 more - a must book option

Amazing service once again from the lovely people at Nestor Jeeves, the only company we use when travelling to Nice!
Our apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated near the old town, shopping area and the train station but was incredibly quiet and beautifully decorated. Absolutely no issues whatsoever and we will return again next year. We have stayed in five different apartments through Nestor Jeeves and each one has been perfect for our needs. Very clean, stylishly appointed and with all the additions one could need. Communication is very good, the staff are very helpful and the key collection arrangements are great. We look forward to seeing you again in 2024!

Departamento impecable en decoración y comodidades , en la mejor zona de Niza, cerca de restaurantes y a una cuadra de la playa . La terraza es maravillosa para disfrutar desayunos al aire libre . La comunicación con Claude es excelente y lo mejor de todo te ofrecen la posibilidad de reservar cochera . Lo recomiendo 100%

I would like to give positive review but unfortunately will rate the service of this concierge service as mediocre. I aware that broken elevator is not in control of management company and not their fault, but when you know that your customers supposed to climb stairs for the whole week to 4 th floor, bringing up and down luggage without taking any preventative steps this is not 5 star service. We stayed in Berlioz suite, where we were satisfied with location and apartment itself. Giving this rating based on reaction to known issue - broken elevator for a week. I also, would like to mention that checking out procedure is cumbersome and better asking customers leaving keys in their apartments then requesting bringing back on day of departure handling difficult logistics.

Great selection of rental properties. Good communication. Real people that you can actually walk in and talk to while in Nice. Check-in/out process is simple. This was so much better than booking through an app.

Eine schöne Wohnung, super tolle Service, die immer hilfsbereit ist , ob beim buchen oder am Ort, alles war unkompliziert.
Eigene App und die Schlüssel kann man schon ab 10:00 abholen. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen ????

Dear Claude,
We had a wonderful time in Nice and in the apartment. The location was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. The nearby Port Lympia Tram 2 was so easy for my incoming friends to navigate from the Nice airport. Thank you and the concierge service for always responding so quickly. I hope to return to Nice and would use this service/apartment again. I will recommend this apartment to my friends traveling to Nice.
