What a gem! A lovely boutique hotel in superb location in the old town yet still very quiet.. Super helpful staff. Would stay here again anytime.

My wife and I recently stayed in your beautiful hotel. the staff were outstanding , Fabien, Clara and two other young men on the reception were all outstanding. Especially the young man who was on duty the morning we left 25/5/19 who organised a taxi to the airport when the hire car organised failed to show up. Your hotel is in good hands with stall of this quality.

The hotel, location and ambiance was incredible. Only issue I had is next time I'll try to secure a not facing the walkways of street. A lot of noise from revelers into the night.

We were not disappointed by this hotel at all. Lovely staff. Great location... and most comfortable beds . Those pillows are amazing!

In the center of old town with best baguettes and gelato right outside. Studio apartment type room was very comfortable, ideal for 5-day stay. Front desk very helpful with ideas and reservations

Beautiful property in a very desirable location with very welcoming staff.
Perhaps the negative aspects all relate to charges and value for money. I do think the tariffs are over priced and the constant accusations against hotels apply here also in relation to mini bar charges.
I would however return.

Overall stay was good. Liked the location and cleanliness of place. Just had a bad experience during checkout. During checkout, my credit card was not working for some reason and instead of the hotel clerk offering another alternative, he kept trying and wasted a good 15 minutes while my car service was waiting for me to drive me to airport for a 6:30 am flight. Finally, I gave the clerk another credit card to use at which time the transaction was processed. Hotel staff has to be better trained in these type of situations. Why didn’t my credit card work when it was the same one used for booking?
