I would recommend renovating the " color themed rooms" , all red room is not really a good idea, it gives you a headache.
Otherwise it would be great.
For the price is excellent tho.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, I was meant to stay only one and night and ended staying 2 more. Angel was especially helpful with everything and it helped he was able to speak Spanish and give me the best tips of just about everything around Nice. I will be back, Thank you.

I had a really lovely stay. The hotel is close to the station and not far from all the good restaurants and attractions. Room was nice comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom and toilet are small but it was fine as I was out of the room for most of the day. The real stars are Angel and Dragun who made my trip so lovely. They were so helpful when it came to planning day trips or recommending local restaurants. I would hundred percent stay again and upgrade next time for a bigger bathroom.

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied, calme et très propre.
Déco originale et colorée, balcon vintage très appréciable.
Produits de qualité dans la chambre ( hygiène , thé et infusion).
Ménage efficace et discret, literie très confortable.

Wir waren auf Städtereise in Nizza und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Excelsior. Zimmer und Service (österreichische Rezeptionistin und chilenisches „Zimmermädchen“) sind top; ins Zentrum läuft man 20 Minuten, was für uns aber auch ok war. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

The location is fantastic. The rooms are very, very small with no closet or otherwise place to open luggage except the bed. The shower has no curtain or enclosure so the entire bathroom gets soaked if a shower is taken. The website lists an airport shuttle as an amenity, but beware there is a substantial charge ($50) which is not quoted until you are at the airport ready to leave. I applaud the energy efficiency effort of this hotel chain, but the lighting was minimal and having the lights dependent upon a key by the door should be reconsidered.

I was travelling through Nice on my own. This hotel was perfect.

The room was nice, the service is great. They have a garden with home-grown mint and other plants.

The perfect place to relax after exploring the city all day.

The superior room was very roomy, the location was great (close to downtown and the train station) and last but not least the staff was super friendly and helpful. The reception area was also very welcoming.

Een fantastisch verblijf, het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam, vriendelijk en neemt echt de tijd voor je! Een plek waar we heel graag nog een keer naar terug komen! De ligging is super centraal, met het openbaar vervoer kom je overal! Wel hopen dat ze niet staken natuurlijk ;)

Het was een geweldig verblijf! Ze mensen achter de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk willen je met alles helpen! Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar prima! De kamers zijn zeer goed je hebt geen last van het geluid van buitenaf en je bent zo in het centrum!

Nice location, near the train station. Staff v warm, friendly n chatty. Professional. Love the water n coffee station located at the lobby. Lovely mints. Room was clean, v comfortable bed with good sheets. Toilet was clean except it was separated (bath n toilet ????). Air conditioning was super great ????. All good except for breakfast which was sparse n not good at all. Better to buy breakfast food outside.

Experience was amazing! Service was exceptional and location was very convenient for exploring Nice, but also close to the public train station so traveling to other cities/towns nearby was made very easy.
