Our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived... There were stains on the toilet. The location is gorgeous but there are other nicer places you could find for the price.

I take good note of your comment about the stains on the toilets. I sincerely apologize, this point is one of the most important for us, this is not usual, I will check what happened.

Although I didn’t live here, I still want to praise the Manager Frank Pivcrt and one staff Alessandro because of their great attitude and help me to find my lost airpods (I am not sure the name is right since I cannot distinguish the letters). When I was in the Colline du Chateau, one of my airpods fall into the roof of this hotel. And when I search the other places where belonging to the park, I didn’t find it. My Searching app also showed the airpods is near me, meanwhile, an old gentleman was telling me that my airpods might fall into the Suisse Hotel and suggested my to the reception to ask for help. When my friends and I come to the reception, one staff called Yves told me that “he cannot access to this roof”. Then he asked me which room did I live, I told him that I am sorry I didn’t live here. He began to ignore us and when we asked him that who can access to there, he did not answer it. At the same time, his colleague Alessandro came and went upstairs to help me to find my airpods. When my friend playing the phone, and Yves started to angering and pointing at my friends, said:” you cannot film me!” BUT THE PROBLEM IS MY FRINED DIDNOT TAKE ANY PHOTOS. Then she showed the phone to Yves to prove that she just chatting. After a few minutes, he came to my friend and yelling with covering his name card:” You cannot film here, you need get out of here because you don’t live here. you are not allowed in here.” WE WERE SO SHOCKED!! He is so rude and he looks like want to attack my friend. It is unbelievable. And he didn’t apologize for my friend until now. I just want to tell any guests who have lived here or is going to live here, please stay away from Yves. I suspect that he is a racist because we are Asian. Anyway, I want to express my thanks to the manager and Alessandro. They took me to the rooftop and help me to find my airpods. I know this is my problem and I didn’t expect I can find it, I just want to try it. But I am so angering with Yves’s attitude. Hope every guests be careful with him.

이곳에서 4박을 했습니다. 바다가 한눈에 들어오는 호텔의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 동시에 길가에 있기 때문에 1박 또는 2박, 옆에 사람들이 있습니다. 새벽 3~4시까지 도로가 시끄러웠습니다. 어쩔 수 없습니다!근데 기가 막힌 건 격일로 방을 예약하면 가격차이가 반 이상 나간다는 겁니다.호텔 조식은 매우 평범하지만 서비스 직원들은 웃고 있습니다 어느 날 오후에 방으로 돌아왔을 때 청소 직원이 제 창문을 활짝 열어주어 안전에 조금 영향을 미쳤습니다 밤에 모기가 많았습니다
