Thank you for the wonderful stay with you in Saint Jeannet. The programme was very well put together. I was able to relax, reflect, get new input and we laughed a lot. I left Frog's House with many wonderful memories! Compliments also for your coherent overall concept of the retreats: yoga, meditation, NVC workshop, hiking, sustainable holidays, but all this not dogmatically, but always combined with a certain lightness.

We had an incredible week at Frog's House for the yoga and meditation couple retreat. It was an oasis of mental and physical stimulation organized to perfection. Sharing the experience with wonderful people made it even more special. Benoît and Philly were the perfect leaders, guiding us through this fantastic journey with expertise and care.
The retreat's organization was flawless, from comfortable accommodations to vegan meals: we are not vegan but food was delicious, the chef is great! The serene location in Saint Jeanette created a peaceful atmosphere for self-discovery and growth - it is such a beautiful and picturesque village! The diverse program catered to all levels, blending various yoga styles, meditation practices, and workshops.
Benoît and Philly's leadership were exceptional, offering wisdom, encouragement, and personal stories. Their expertise and compassion fostered trust and empowerment, enabling profound self-reflection. The retreat experience left us refreshed, inspired, and transformed.

The village of Saint Jeannet is a small, peaceful village 20 min drive from Nice, the House is confortable and clean.
Yoga classes are teached by different teachers so you can experience different tecniques, overall the kind of Yoga and the intensity was perfect for me (meditation, hatha, yin…rather than vyniasa).
Right balance of activities and free time.
And last but not least delucious vegetarian food (bravo Noel!!!).
Maybe just the “accueil” on the arrival day could be improved…guests arrive on their own shedule and there is nobody to welcome…also the presentation of the programme should be done at the opening of the retreat rather then during the dinner when half of the people don’t listen and talk to each other…this would avoid any further misunderstanding/confusion????
