Been using for over 10 years, with 4 different owners. Previous owners made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. New owners are cold and make you feel you are an inconvenience.
Breakfast was a nice but simple buffet, now you have 1 Coffee or Tea, 1 Juice (no water, have to ask multiple times for it) 1 croissant, 1 piece of bread and some jam and butter.
Used to use bar every night, but felt so unwelcome only used once.
Will not be using again.

Endroit très agréable, cosy, accueil personnalisé et attentif. J'adore la vue sur la belle église restaurée en sortant de l'hotel.

Hotel semplice pulito e accogliente, con un comodo parcheggio provvisorio per poter scaricare i bagagli.
Camere ordinate e prezzi concorrenziali.
Situato al centro del paese vicino al parcheggio gratuito.

Hotel located in centre of St Gervais, giving easy access to shops and restaurants. Telecabin to Bettex is just a 15 minute walk away.
Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Breakfast is very basic, bread, croissant and coffee.
No parking at the hotel.

Wonderful place, we stayed there before going to the top of Mont Blanc. This hotel has everything we needed to relax and get ready for the big adventure. The breakfast was great as well. I would recommend, the staff is really kind.

Hotel is located center of town, nice location. View from the room was fantastic! Hospitality of one staff was extraordinary. I was so impressed how he treat me when I arrived hotel. They have just what you need. It was great experience. Quiet and close to mountains but still easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, within walking distance.

Superb hotel, with an excellent new manager! He had us line up our motorcycles for a group shot before inviting us in for beer!

Avions réservé une chambre double tout confort, avec balcon vue montagne. réservation confirmée par l'hôtel. A notre arrivée, la chambre octroyée ne correspondait pas à la réservation On nous a donné une chambre triple, chambre n°12 sans balcon et non "restaurée", odeur de moisi présente, ainsi que bruit de ventilation désagréable. Les propriétaires ont agi avec incorrection voire même malhonnêteté. On nous a répondu que la chambre que nous aurions dû avoir, soit la chambre n°4 ou n°8 était encore occupée et que de toutes façons les autres chambres étaient similaires à la nôtre !!!! ce qui n'en est pas le cas, puisque nous avons eu la possibilité de les visiter en "catimini"!!!
Nous pensons que ces pratiques sont inacceptables et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel
