Small museum but very nice. You see the history of chocolate in Mexico and get a demonstration of how chocolate is made from cacao fruit. There are tastings of chocolate during the demo and small tastings at the store.
Kids are half the price and you get 30% off if you combine with the Frida Khalo museum.

Buen lugar para conocer un poco sobre la importancia del cacao en la cultura maya, también para conocer sobre el proceso actual, para adquirir diferentes tipos de chocolates que hay muy buenos, además de la opción de hacer algo diferente en Playa del Carmen

Très bon accueil du personnel avec un chocolat délicieux. Nous avons acheté deux tasses et goûté au chocolat froid qui était délicieux. Nous avions déjà fait le musée au choco Story de Valladolid qui était top.

Loved it. Went more than once on the same trip. It's the type of experience you'll take back with you and remember everytime you bite into a piece of chocolate ???? Porfirio, the manager, is a great host!

Cool musuem with a thorough history of chocolate. We were able to go through at our own pace. They had audio buttons in each room and written information. Also the museum was really pretty with plants around and pretty displays. Glad we decided to stop by!
