Restaurant situé au 1er étage à Super U. Le restaurant est très grand et ce jour là peu de monde. Le service est très lent et le personnel pas très souriant dommage . En ce qui concerne la nourriture tout était bon et correct , servi chaud et vite débarrassé . Les desserts ne sont pas super super , nous avons commandé un assortiment de glace ( vanille choco mais on nous a servi une boule choco et une boule de pèche enfin on croit. Le Sagoo trop liquide et trop sucré. Heureusement que les plats étaient bons ????

Food was great but waiting time was more than 45 mins, the washroom had no lights thus was of no use and the air conditioners were not working as well. They had to open the windows but was still damn hot.

Food was good however the noodles that we were served was not fresh. The noodles they give is of cheap quality with high price. The service on the other hand, is quite good. Though overall, highly not recommended for noodles lovers.

The service was extremely slow. I was 1 of 2 tables in there and they still needed calling over even though they had about 3/4 people working front of house. After asking a question they all seem to just look around at eachother clueless. You know the customer service is poor when there isn't even a thank you or goodbye before we left.

Food - not so bad. Pretty decent. Not as cheap as everyone here makes out. However the "spicy" fried prawn and the "spicy" fried chicken is not what they say. It's just fried chicken or prawn with one chilli cut up across it. Had no spice or flavour to it at all. Was plain fried chicken and prawn.

Poor service, has to constantly chase the waiters to get our order even though there were very few customers. Quality of service doesn't reflect the high price charged. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I used to love dining at Hong Kong Palace. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. We had to wait much longer than usual for our food, and when it finally arrived, I found a hair in my dish. When I informed the staff, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue—they simply took the plate and brought me a new one.
Food wasn't that great either.
This has really put me off coming back.
I hope they can address these issues, as it would be a shame to lose such a previously great dining spot.

Deceptive Hong Kong Palace Grand Bay Mauritius

Not recommended at all.
No taste and the menu are expensive
Order a seafood soup was suprised as we could hardly see the seafood
Clinic soup are more delicious
The fried rice with only 2 crevette
Most horrible using mixed vegetable which doesn't value the quality of food.
Must learn from small restaurants the value of good food
Even the one star , not deserving
Pas cone cook food then better not open restaurant

Been there at 6:15pm as Google said they open at 6.
A girl working at the counter gave us a very unfriendly stare, impressing that we shouldn’t come so early n disturb her rest.
When asked when they would open, she replied impatiently at 7pm. Then she just turned her face the other side n ignored us. We have a feeling that we were just a nuisance.
In no way this kind of service should exist in the service sector.

We were refused entry even though the restaurant wasn't full and the maître d' didn't even pretend to check to see if the restaurant was fully booked. We then made our to another restaurant and when we came back after an hour the restaurant was still empty with no sign of patrons. Would not recommend it because of their lack of interest in serving customers.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Went there today and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Giving one star but that is also too much..if only I could give minus????????
First of all, the waiter and waitress was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. They restaurant was almost empty but she said it's all reserved and gave us a corner table but till the time we left it was as empty????????‍♀️.
Secondly the napkins on our table were very dirty and seemed like have not been washed for quite some time. It took almost 15 mins for the waiter to come take our orders. Upon ordering we got our drinks after 30 mins and food took another 20 mins...and that's just for 2 people ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????. they are severely understaffed for a huge restaurant like that (barely 4).
We ordered crispy calamari, veg fried rice, fish fillet in sweet and sour sauce and green vegetables with mushroom. Only the calamari and the fried rice were good. But the fish fillet was way too sweet as if it's dipped in ketchup sauce and the green vegetables had only brede tompuce and barely any mushroom????. Also they said they don't serve bread at all when we have always got a side of bread basket earlier when we had gone.
Overally very poor and an absolute downgrade in service and quality.

Un service déplorable, des collègues qui ont des discours différents à l’entrée du restaurant. Ils nous on fait attendre 50 min avant d’avoir une place, entre temps une personne nous a dit qu’on pouvait commander comme ça on sera servi des qu’on aura une table; on fait notre choix et juste après une jeune fille super exécrable nous a envoyé balader en disant qu’on ne pouvait pas choisir les plats. Bref double discours. La première personne hausse des épaules en disant qu’il savait pas. Une fois qu’on a dinner le service était très long. Au moins 40 min pour être servie. Quand à réglé l’addition au comptoir, la jeune fille exécrable, ne m’a même pas regardé, mais pas un au revoir, alors que j’ai dit à voix haute au revoir, elle m’a à peine regarder. Un tel restaurant comme celui où la déco est jolie et la cuisine est bonne peut avoir des gens qui veulent pas bosser correctement. Un sourit ne fait pas de mal. Cela nous a déçu. Réfléchissez à deux fois avant de recruter.

Accueil déplorable. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir juger de la qualité de la cuisine mais l’attente a eu raison de nous. 30 min après avoir commandé deux plats, nous demandons a une serveuse s’il y aura encore beaucoup d’attente car nous sommes en pause déjeuner et devons vite repartir travailler. Elle ne nous informe qu’à ce moment là qu’un plat n’est pas disponible et qu’il faut repasser commande. 15 Min plus tard, on nous sert le riz. Nous avons attendu les plats pendant 5 min avant de quitter les lieux, préférant partir le ventre vide que de nous obstiner à attendre des plats à engloutir en vitesse avec du riz froid. En somme, passez votre chemin.

Nous sommes venus en famille à 7 . Prise en charge par la jeune serveuse plutôt correct . 50 mn d'attente pas servie on est parti.
Et on a pas été les seuls....

Une étoile et c'est même trop. Poisson pas frais, riz pas frais non plus - l'impression qu'ils l'ont réchauffé 5 fois le riz avant de nous le servir. Les tarifs y sont prohibitifs au regard de la qualité des produits proposés. Passez votre chemin !

I have been there on 31st Jan 24, all I can say food was awesome. Service was slow as they said the some chef was not present that day. * Large portion of food, * great taste of spicy deep fried calamary. However not many variety of food, eg: I could not find sizzling or magic bowl, french fries.(specially when you have kid)on the menu. But the food was really good. There was some misunderstanding with our orders and after telling them, we had two portion of seafood fried rice for free.

Der "Palast" entpuppte sich als etwa ein Wartesaal, zum Glück waren nicht allzu-viel Kunden da, sonst wäre die Lautstärke vollkommen aus dem Ruder gelaufen.

Ich hatte mich gefreut, endlich zwischen dem Überangebot an Asiaten einen mit "Sauer-Scharf-Suppe" gefunden zu haben.
Nun, was soll ich sagen, das einzige "hot" an dieser Suppe war die Temperatur, weder "hot" noch "sour", der Geruch erinnerte an eine Tütensuppe, die gelbliche Farbe kennen wir so in der EU nicht :-(!
Salat wird erst gar nicht angeboten... :-(!
Danach Chicken süß-sauer, ihr ahnt es schon, nix süß, nix sauer, plus viel zu wenig Gemüse, ausser ein paar Zwiebeln: *NIX* :-(!

==>Sorry, eine vollkommene 0(NULL)-Nummer! Und nein, 'günstig' war es eben-sowenig :-(

Und als ich die Abrechnung sah, bumm noch einer obendrauf: der Reis wurde extra berechnet..., nee, nee, nee sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt :-(.

Accueil froid, salle froide ,cuisine tres moyenne.
Rapport qualité/prix très faible.
J'ai pris une soupe et sur la cuillère, il y avait marqué "knorr".....Le nom du chef sûrement....

Très déçu du restaurant, j'étais venue en famille pour Noël avec toute la famille et on a passer le pire moment de notre séjour, responsable du restaurant n'est pas à sa place je pense , ne recommande pas ce restaurant
