Blew us away! We cannot stress enough how luxurious this hotel is not only due to the facilities and detailed thought given to everything but service which supersedes anything we have ever encountered and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels. Specifically Ramen the chef for the main restaurant was phenomenal and addressed my allergies with professionalism and gentleness. Also Sahid our waiter was so very attuned and simply was phenomenal! I have not one negative remark.
We went on our honeymoon and I was very dissapointed when I saw that they had arrangement of private dining on the beach but no one informed us prior.
They were a bit slow with check-in, room not even ready after 3 pm.
For restaurants make sure you book in advance as they might not have availability.

Today I called them crying ???? and they keep saying nothing in their they don’t deserve the trust , I hate them !!
Please be careful they will steel and act like crazy !!!
الاستقبال رائع وخاصة الموظفة ( إلينا ) ????
المنتجع نظيف جدا وفي خيارات متعددة للمطاعم وأفضل مطعم هو المطعم التركي
الموظفة يسري لطيفة ومتعاونة ترتب حجوزات المطاعم واي خدمات اخرى ممكن تحتاجها
عندهم بعض الانشطة البحرية مجانية وشاطئ للعوائل والاطفال وشاطئ اخر خاص بالبالغين
القهوة لذيذة جدا ، تتوفر خدمة توصيل الفطور للغرف بتكلفة اضافية بسيطة
في تطبيق من خلاله يتمكن النزلاء من معرفة الانشطة اليومية في المنتجع زي اليوغا والتأمل و الموسيقى وغيرها
العيوب بالنسبة لي هو شي واحد فقط ، خدمة طلب المشروبات على الشاطئ سيئة وتكاد تكون معدومة ،تنتظر وقت طويل عشان يجيك أحد يأخذ طلبك
لكن بشكل عام المنتجع رائع ????????
Though Chef Singh and Artee tried their best to provide us with vegetarian food but they had very limited options at the hotel. We stayed for 5 days at the time of checkout we were late by 20 minutes the housekeeping team came at the door and stayed there till we moved out. They might have thought that we were going to stay in the room forever.
العاملين بالمكان غير مرحبين ابدًا بالتحديد للعرب وللمسلمين، واتمنى الانتبااااااه للفواتير ركزو على اي شي تاخذونه وسجلوه وصوروه لانكم بتتفاجئون عند تسجيل المغادره بمبالغ اضافيه واشياء ما اخذتوها او مثلًا عشاء شامل البكج يسوون له فاتوره ويخلونه غدا وحصلت معاي والحمدلله كنت موثق كل شي بالصور، بالنسبه للمطعم التركي استغرب من المدح الي عليه كان سيء جدًا لدرجة اقل مطعم تركي فالسعوديه بيكون افضل منه !!
والبوفيه كان جيد ويسد الجوع،
الخيارات كثير فالجزيرة وعلى كثر المدح على ذالمنتجع كان اسوء خيار والحمدلله على كل حال.
