Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Sevilla en buena medida por el hotel.
Muy buena situación. Supercéntico pero en una calle muy tranquila.
Muy acogedor, habitaciones superagradables y limpias, con un desayuno bufett que tiene de todo (el café buenísimo), servicio de cafés/infusiones para disfrutar gratis durante todo el dia.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Maria, de Recepción, su amabilidad y simpatía.
Una estancia inolvidable.

Service was extremely poor and rude. We were told that breakfast was free during check in, but was then told that it’s 15 euros per person during checkout. Poor customer service, service staff was shouting and confrontational that people at the lobby looked over. Very very poor customer service.

Un hotel fantástico por su ubicación, su amplitud y sobre todo por el desayuno hace mucho que no encuentro un buffet de desayuno de esta calidad y variedad, parece pequeño según lo ves pero tiene de todo una gran variedad y sobre todo calidad, incluso ofrece algo para celiacos q a día de hoy no lo encuentras siempre. El café también de calidad recién molido. Ademas el personal del hotel muy agradable. Lo único q mejoraría quizá seria el aislamiento con otras habitaciones que a veces se oye demasiado sobre todo cuando hay niños Desde luego será mi hotel para la próxima vez q vaya a Sevilla.

El personal de recepción muy profesional y agradable. La habitación estupenda y muy limpia. Hay detalles que dicen mucho de su dirección para cuidar a sus clientes, como tener el detalle de subirnos a la habitación galletitas todas las tardes, o tener un salón toda la tarde abierto para tomar café gratuitamente. I'm puzzled as to how this place received any positive reviews. Initially, we were assigned a room that smelled so unpleasant I couldn't bear to stay. They then relocated us to room 306, which was slightly better. The air conditioning unit is so outdated and in poor condition that making it function is nearly impossible, and it only activates when set to an extremely cold 10 degrees Celsius, despite it being 27 degrees outside. This experience has been a significant letdown, especially compared to our stay at their sister hotel in Porto.

La atención espectacular. Las habitaciones geniales. A los moteros nos tratan bien.

Tuve que venir desde Gran Canaria en moto desembarcando en Cádiz, y por la mala mar la pata de cabra sea aflojo y Justo cuando llego al parking tuve que arreglarla. Como mi moto es muy pesada era difícil levantar la moto y apoyarla en el caballete, todo el personal me ayudó a colocarla y apretar el tornillo de la pata de cabra.

Volveré seguro. Además, las habitaciones muy limpias y bonitas y tienen servicio de té gratuito de una a tres de la tarde.

Otro detallazo que me sorprendió para bien, es que pese a todo lo que hicieron por mi con la moto, al haber una habitación libre nos dejaron hacer el check in bastante temprano.

Perfect location in Seville. Close to the most important tourist attractions. Very tasty breakfasts. The room was very clean (room 115 in the photos). The service was very nice - best regards to Maria from the reception. I highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel in a fantastic area of Seville, situated a short walk away from the cathedral and river. Our room was spacious and modern with a lovely bathroom and shower.

The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and sun loungers, which we took advantage of for a couple of hours on our last day. The hotel also allows you to store your luggage once checked out free of charge, which we did, and this was seamless.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so noise from outside (and from guests moving around) was noticeable, but this didn’t cause us any issues, but might be worth baring in mind if you are light sleepers.

Overall we would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Seville!

Cet hôtel est très bien situé mais gagnerait beaucoup en améliorant la qualité de son service :
- le deuxième jour, nous avons signalé que la lumière de la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas, mais rien n’a été fait
- les consommables (café, sets de toilette) n’ont jamais été réapprovisionnées
- les équipements et l’équipe dédiés au petit déjeuner sont très largement sous-dimensionnés
- Le bruit du couloir nous parvenait comme s’il n’y avait pas de porte
- Et pour couronner le tout, pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour!
Il y a quand même des points positifs :
- personnel charmant
- petit déjeuner varié
- situation exceptionnelle
- literie confortable
- salle de bain confortable
On est donc loin d’un palace, même petit.

Apres 2 hotels dans des lieux différents, très beaux et plus chers, je retiens cet hotel où c est là que je reviendrai. Les personnes à l accueil sont tres souriantes, aidantes, j ai eu à faire à Vanessa entre autres. On ne sent pas le sourire convenu. L hotel et les chambres trés propres, une odeur de frais en permanence. Le petit déjeuner tres bien, l emplacement à 2 pas de la Cathédrale dans une petite rue. Seule raison à 4 étoiles sur 5 pour la chambre est du fait de l insonorisation perfectible, si les voisins sont bruyants. Produits dans la salle de bain divers, que je n ai pas eu dans les autres hôtels : conditionneur cheveux, body cream...
Je reviendrai dans cet hotel sans hesiter.
Et, 1ere fois qu on me permet d occuper la chambre à midi car elle etait prête !!

Excelente hubicacion, inmejorable trato, limpieza perfecta, el buffet del desayuno exquisito!! nos han hecho estar como en casa todo el personal del hotel, en especial Maria y Cristina.
