Cela vous aide-t-il ?
Even worse, once we found this out (we were early on schedule in case something could happen) they lady was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She didn't even try to find a solution, she just offered a refund (who pays me back the plane tickets to andalusia and the hotel?). It was like talking to a gum wall. Also, their phone line is useless since no-one answers. In the end, even with two tickets paid months in advance, we just couldn't get in. A truly regrettable experience, Walker tours to be avoided at all costs.
I got to the ticket line at just after 8 am (located in corner with the alley in the Plaza de Banderas), which put me at the corner of where the alley to the ticket booths opens up to the plaza. They open ticket sales at 9 am (maybe slightly earlier), and I got my ticket at around 9:40. You can buy tickets for anytime available in the day, with each 30 minute interval having a capacity of 30 tickets. They show how many of those tickets for each time slot on a screen at the front of the line are remaining.
I definitely recommend getting there early. By the time I had got my ticket, the line went well out the of plaza. I’d imagine those people at the end of the line had to wait hours. That said, when I walked by yesterday before noon there was a relatively small line though who knows if those people had been waiting a long time and if they even got in.
Finally, bring your passport!!! And if you’re a student, proof of that to get tickets for only 7 euros.
I hope that helps and enjoy the Alcázar ???? I visited on a Wednesday, I bet on weekends it’s even harder to score day of tickets!
