Chambres avec vue sur l'Empire State Building dans un hôtel Marriott à proximité des métros de Times Square et de Bryant Park.
Un hôtel central dans sa situation géographique. Pas très loin de Times Square et de tous ces métros, mais pas en plein cœur afin d'éviter le brouhaha constant. Sa proximité avec le très beau Bryant Park est aussi très appréciable. Comme tous les autres Marriott, la décoration est assez banale mais pas de mauvais goût. N'oubliez pas de demander à être logé dans les étages les plus hauts pour profiter d'une somptueuse vue sur l'Empire State Building. Seul bémol, le peu d'ascenseurs pour les centaines de chambres... Aux heures de pointe, il n'est pas impossible de les attendre plusieurs minutes !

Biggest complaints - the floors are so small as to make it so that most rooms are relatively close to the elevators. This was pretty disappointing as someone who prefers not to be next to those. Also, my shower head had a pretty significant leak from the shower head threads. I shouldn't have to be the one to tell maintenance to fix that - housekeeping should report things like that so that customers never notice it. Lastly, the phone system has apparently recently been reprogrammed, so using it as the instructions indicate mean that it appears as though the entire staff is ignoring calls, when in fact, they're just not getting them at all.
Located centrally and near everything we needed.
Room HORRIBLE bugs all over the counters!!!
Was told they would spray and we came back 8hrs later and the bugs were everywhere on the counters my daughters were upset!
Went back down they said I could move rooms which we did. However we had no help moving rooms and moving 3 people after unpacking was a pain. I was told management would reach out and offer my points or something for the inconvenience. Sadly no one responded back and that was unfortunate. I always stay with Marriott and am a gold level member. I was also not thanked for being a gold member which is custom for Marriott’s.
Lastly this hotel definitely needs an UPGRADE it’s extremely dated and wore out.
The bar area was soooo dirty glasses everywhere!
