Au cœur de Times Square, The Muse, récemment restauré pour une somme de 12 millions de dollars, offre confort et créativité, ainsi qu’un service de qualité. La plupart des 200 chambres ou suites sont équipées de balcons qui offrent une vue spectaculaire sur Manhattan. Les chambres, décorées dans des tons noir et blanc au style un peu baroque et étudié, sont équipées de télés à écran plat, de baffles ultra-modernes pour écouter de la musique et d’une connexion rapide à Internet. Il y a même un Spa qui utilise les produits de la marque Occitane. Le restaurant du Muse, le District, propose une cuisine fine préparée par le chef Patricia Williams.

My daughter and I came to celebrate my birthday from Feb 28 until tomorrow March 4 and I needed to write this review before I checkout.
The entire time....
I felt safe, comfortable, and I was treated like an honored guest the entire time we were here.
From holding my luggage before the room was ready, upgrading us, bringing us fresh towels and a blanket, and hailing a cab in the rain there wasn't a single thing I needed that we didn't get.
The bathroom shower was huge! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The 9th floor was quiet and the elevators were fast as lightning! What more can you ask for this close to time square?
I can finally say I have found the hotel I will return to every time I visit NYC. Special shout out to Barbara, Alfredo, Waku & Eduardo for taking care of us even though everyone was great!
