We stayed in affiliated self catering accommodation.
The concierge staff are great, however the receptionists we dealt with are very robotic. They need to smile and engage with customers

I was here for work and the staff was both friendly and very professional. I felt more than welcome.
Can't say anything for rooms but I did spend an afternoon up at the Beach club, rooftop pool area. Clean, nice looking.
We had an catering area set off just for our production, very nice looking with tentative staff and the food provided I'd give 4/5.

The hotel itself is on a good location on the island, however it can be noisy because it’s close to the clubs and bars. The rooms are spacious, but can use a small refreshment. The building itself and some inside areas definitely need an update.

Dezamăgitor!!!
Camere cu pereții plini de mucegai, gândaci si furnici in camere . Mizerie pe jos , praf, pereții de la baie cojiți , prosoape cu margini deșirate , ca să fie și mai dezastruos totul am constatat ca prosopul de picioare folosit de mine la duș a fost împachetat de fata de la curățenie și pus peste cela curate .
La micul dejun: aceleași alimente pe toată durata sejurului ca să nu mai spun ca a doua zi mezelurile miroseau .
Nu ne vom mai întoarce niciodată la acest hotel și nici nu-l voi recomanda vreodată ????????????????????

João from guest services and James the head concierge are an absolute credit to the hotel. They together made our stay incredibly special and above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Could recommend them and the hotel highly enough!

Intercontinental Malta. Would love to stay here again. The staff is without exception excellent. Friendly, open en kind.
Check in was a first pleasant interaction with some good advice. Concierge recommendations were splendid and helpful. The hotel is in a lively area where people go out at night but in our room it was very silent. The hotel has several restaurants. Quality of the food was very good. Liked their fish restaurant most which overlooks the sea and is next to their private beach. The hotel has a small and cosy bar near the reception. Breakfast was elaborate with also several ‘need to try when in Malta’ local specialities

We loved the spacious suite with treadmill and the "guest experience' team were lovely, especially Katerina

We had only heard of Malta. So we decided to take a visit to this beautiful island. The Intercontinental Malta was the perfect landing spot for our stay. We were met at the entry by Oliver the most, charming and delightful bellman. He was informative, friendly and helpful. Our reservation assistant was equally professional and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, well located and centrally located. The wait staff in the executive lounge made our days and nights exemplary. Malta is full of nightlife, but the wonderfully comfortable beds will give you a GREAT night's sleep! Excellent stay!

Excellent hôtel au centre de San Julian. Petit-déjeuner buffet international. Il existe différents restaurants, dont nous recommandons le Paranga avec vue sur la baie. Personnel courtois et serviable. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique et est gratuite uniquement pour les clients des suites.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel sympathique, mais comme il y a de nombreux clubs à proximité, vous pouvez entendre la musique le soir. Mais en ce qui concerne l'hôtel, tout est super, les piscines sont très propres et les transats sont inclus dans le prix. La plage est accessible à pied en 2 minutes. De nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. La population locale est très accommodante et gentille. Fortement recommandé. Ps. : Les bus à arrêts multiples s'arrêtent à la plage pour que vous puissiez explorer toute l'île presque au rythme que vous souhaitez.

Super hôtel. Beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants dans le quartier. Plage privée à quelques pas. Belles piscines. Le choix du petit déjeuner était incroyable. Je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant pour le déjeuner ou le dîner, mais deviner serait bien.

L'hôtel est confortable et le personnel très sympathique.
Pour arranger les choses, ils ne vous laissent qu'une bouteille d'eau le premier jour, à vous ensuite de l'acheter.

Malheureusement, nous avons eu quelques malheureux problèmes avec nos chambres, mais après un changement de chambre, le responsable des relations clients nous a surclassé dans une suite et nous a envoyé des boissons, par exemple du champagne, en guise de compensation. Sinon tout était super.

Toute la maison a un besoin urgent de rénovation - nous avons changé de chambre 4 fois - d'abord juste devant un chantier, puis l'évacuation était bouchée, puis la porte du balcon était cassée - le service était toujours très arrangeant avec un surclassement et une bouteille de Prosecco, mais les chambres sont également usées dans les suites. Dans toutes les pièces, l'eau chaude et l'eau froide alternent involontairement lors de la douche.

Emplacement de l'hôtel très central, beaucoup de divertissements accessibles à pied, casino au sous-sol, chambres d'hôtes, ainsi que tout le personnel très bien.
