Paper thin walls. Woken up a few times at 3 and 5 am by people talking in the room beside us. Great location with CVs and Primo market across the street

I am here now at hotel, cannot even speak with a manager no one here! Unbelievable!! Not a safe location drug deal goes right down in hotel!! Can’t sleep for all the party’s security guard does nothing!! Beds are horrible blood on them ask for new ones they did not have any, had to send a email for a manager no response! I’m leaving this hotel and expect a refund for 2 rooms that I did not stay!! No customer service whatsoever good thing I use a real credit card to dispute this one!

The staff is unprofessional and very unhelpful. No one ever answers the phone. I left my airpods in room 921 during check out on 3/19. Pinged the Airpods which stated the Airpods were opened at 4:31pm which we checked out at 11:41am. I have called customer services to place ticket to retrieve items. Customer service also attempted to call hotel numerous times with no answer. This is unacceptable. I will never book with Bestwestern again.

The staff so unprofessional they act like criminals, total incompetence, I never recommend this and they charge lot money for deposit fee and always lot money for extras services NO STAY IN THIS HOTEL

I booked our room 7 weeks in advance. We used 170,000 points to stay at the hotel and paid for extra points to get an ocean front room. My husband is a diamond member and has spend THOUSANDS of dollars with BW to get that many points. We checked in and were given a partial ocean front room that had 75% of the view blocked by construction. I immediately went down and asked to move. I was told we would not be able to as there were no rooms available. However, we overheard several people throughout the 5 days that were there that were allowed to move. The room was small, and the bathroom was disgusting as there were stains on the floor and hair in the bathtub when we checked in. Over the 4 nights we stayed our room was never cleaned because our floor did not start getting cleaned until 5 or 6 at night. I had to call down for towels. I was also locked out of the hotel TWICE because our key stopped working and had to walk from the beach to the front of the hotel. Breakfast is a “nominal fee” of $22 a person, which is also ridiculous. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend.

I stayed at Seacoast Suites and there were several issues that need addressing. The room’s view was more of a trash bin than the ocean. The cleanliness was not up to standard, with dirty baseboards and deck. We also lacked cleaning supplies like a broom to manage the beach sand that inevitably found its way inside.

The amenities fell short as well; one bedroom was missing a TV, we struggled with a limited number of towels, and requests for additional blankets were denied. Key card troubles added to the inconvenience, with the two provided per room malfunctioning, and no additional cards were available, which was problematic for our group’s access throughout the building.

While most staff were amiable, the premature pool closure by the female security officer, contrary to the posted times, was a significant letdown.

Improvements in these areas could enhance the stay for future guests.

Me and my mom had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Rooms where clean and -what's more important to us - silent. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. There was everything we needed. Super friendly staff, who made us feel at home.
If I come back to Miami, I'll definitely want to stay here!

Muy buen hotel en relación al precio/ calidad. Me gusto mucho la ubicación, cerca de la playa y del troley. La atención del personal es excelente! Tiene frigobar en la habitación y por fuera hay un microondas compartido.
La playa cercana es muy linda, limpia y espaciosa.
La sugerencia que tengo es que pongan un espejo para cara en el vestidor, ya que el único espejo que había era en el baño.

This place is definitely a Hidden Gem we will be coming back to visit here next year the location was awesome but the hotel is extremely comfortable laid back had the feeling of being at home and you didn't have to go maybe a half a block for some really good food and entertainment and right across the street was public beach access

We were truly disappointed with the level service at your breakfast restaurant. the waiter's behavior was very unprofessional, she was impolite. she overcharged us and also charged two other tables to our room. I was able to resolve the issue with the front desk manager( thank you ) Please reconsider hiring people such as this person.

My husband and I LOVE this hotel. Santiago by the pool is so welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His attentiveness alone makes us want to visit again soon. We enjoyed our room and always get a city view so that we aren't kept up by the music from the pool parties.

AVOID!!! Hotel location, beach access and beach service are great. Rooms are ok but look shabby/not well maintained. Constant issues with AC - either too cold or too hot. I had to call down over five times the first night for someone to come look at it. When it happened again, I called twice and no one ever came. Then I was overcharged - numerous other reviews mention this same issue and no resolution. Upon check in, I was told breakfast was included in my rate. My coworker and I asked again at the restaurant and were again told yes. During checkout, the breakfast charges were on my invoice so the manager reviewed my bill, told me & the man checking me out that breakfast was included, and removed the charges. I received my final invoice with breakfast and lunch (as a courtesy for the checkout mishap) charges removed. A couple days later, I noticed I was charged significantly more than amount listed on my final invoice. When I called to clarify, I was given excuses by the Front Desk Director (who is unhelpful and based on my personal experience, a liar). I travel frequently for work and have never have encountered such unorganized, bad service when trying to resolve a financial issue. The dismissive attitude and handling of the situation left me feeling like this hotel steals money from their customers however possible (what if I hadn't checked my charges or my first invoice?). There are numerous other beach front hotels - you should stay at any other one besides SLS. UPDATE: the man who responded below is the same man I spoke with to try to resolve the issue. It was not resolved and the below message is a generic, empty response to bad reviews. Do not think that the Front Desk Director is available to help or resolve any issues you enocuntered during your stay. He won't.

Très bel hotel à deux pas de la plage. Très bon cockails. Sommes resté 1 nuit avant d'aller au mexique. Piscine agréable
