Zimmer sind gross und sauber.
Pool ist fragwürdig, sehr klein und fast keine Liegen. Strandliegen sind nicht inkludiert.
Lift gibt es für das Hotel nur einen und einen fürs Personal (den wir immer nutzten), der 2. Lift ist sei längerem ausser Betrieb.
Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich.

El personal es muy bueno, sobre todo la señora Ana que se encarga de la paqueteria, siempre está predispuesta a ayudar, es super amable y atenta. Recomiendo totalmente
Now about our stay, we had a two bedroom apartment, while at first it looked good, within 30 minutes we realized we were in a ghost hotel. During our entire stay no one ever approached our room for any cleaning services or fresh towels, when we asked for it, it took us 2 days and a few calls to finally get some fresh towels.
Their pool area, was very dirty, with very dirty lounge chairs. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. And everywhere you look you are staring at an outdated interior with dirty walls, dust, it gave us such an eerie feeling.
They call themselves a hotel, but they are anything but that. If you’re ok with dirty rooms, no service, a ghost abandoned building, no restaurants or a store. Then perhaps this is a place for you.

The two gentlemen (Murat and Diego) at the front desk were very kind and handled the situation very professionally. They advised me to reach out to the travel agency and provided the necessary support. With the help of these gentlemen, the situation was resolved. Murat was generous and offered me a luxurious room upgrade.
The SLS facilities are well maintained, and the meeting rooms are perfect for anyone planning to work remotely. There are 2 pools in the back and access to the best pool party in Miami. The rooms are oversized and clean. The security staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is right on the beach, so a 5-minute walk and you’re getting hit by a fresh ocean breeze.
It’s worth 7 stars as the service and environment, everything is perfect! It’s worth the money I paid. Will come back next time to stay longer.

So when we checked in my wife gave the front desk guy our name and he said I see you have a double bed room that was booked through Expedia? My wife said no it’s a king bed I booked it through your website. He replied “no you didn’t I see it right here it’s through expedia” my wife pulled it up on her best western app and the guy was like oh never mind I looked at it wrong you’re right. It was just said with such a rude attitude it was just not a pleasant check in experience at all. Then we go ask the concierge about parking he said “come back at 1” and wouldn’t even look at us in the eye. I felt as if we were bothering both of these staff members by asking very simple questions because we haven’t been here before. I was being nice and was met with irritation and annoyance it felt.
Besides that the rooms are clean and nice. The beds are rock hard and the TV’s are very old bad picture all fuzzy. We’re paying 35$ a day for parking in their garage in the SMALLEST compact parking space between two huge poles it was a 10 point turn to fit between.
We just took a Lyft from the airport and can rent bikes here to get around. There is also a nice sidewalk along the whole coast, that is very maintained and has water fountains often.
There is a CVS, just kiddy corner for all of my needs. This was so convenient!
This hotel gave me a lot of bang for my buck!!
