I gave Seacoast Suits 2 stars for the Following reasons. There were 12 of us Some coming from different states, 3 rented cars among us. We rented two Airbnbs right next to each other most of us staying 7 nights for a wedding we were making a vacation with friends and family. Problem #1 each room is only allowed 2 room keys period. This caused lots of hassles. #2 parking $30/night unless you stays for months glad only 3 rentals, but we were told $150 they did honor but again a hassel refunds were given,..later. #3 beach towel cards are give you loose you pay $20 bucks(not worth it) only allowed to use once per day. So if you return your towel desired to swim again.. hassel! #4 requested sheets and towels over and over again to get them… hassel! This place had so many rules for 11 people, 6 over 50. We had to work to not let rules effect our fun and NOBODY on vacation should have the actual Airbnb causing the problem. I would definitely not recommend staying here. And if Miami wants me back to visit they need to get ride of the beach curfew cause i like nights walks with my hubby.

We have been coming to Miami with our three kids for 10 years. Normally we get a short-term rental and this year was our first experience with Seacoast Suites at 5101. The accommodations are perfect for families, they have thought of everything you might need for a vacation. The hallways smell like pinesol and you will always see housekeeping - it is an exceptionally clean hotel. Amy, the front desk manager, and her staff when above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and helping with our questions and needs. I can’t say enough about the staff, really. It’s the best staff we have had in our 10 years of vacationing here. Thank you Amy and all the people who make this hotel so great. We will definitely be back!

Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Zimmer sind gross und sauber.

Pool ist fragwürdig, sehr klein und fast keine Liegen. Strandliegen sind nicht inkludiert.

Lift gibt es für das Hotel nur einen und einen fürs Personal (den wir immer nutzten), der 2. Lift ist sei längerem ausser Betrieb.

Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich.

Estive hospedado no Hola escribe en el Sea Coast 5101 collins Avenue e precisei de um auxílio especial da Paqueteria e a Senhorita Ana Cristina Espana foi extremamente atenciosa, cuidadosa e me auxiliou com uma encomenda que chegou após ter retornado ao Brasil. A Sra. Ana Cristina é uma brilhante profissional!

Los departamentos son grandes y súper acogedores! Además de la ubicación que es muy buena.
A mi familia y a mi nos hace sentir como en casa, vamos hace mas de 15 años.
El personal es muy bueno, sobre todo la señora Ana que se encarga de la paqueteria, siempre está predispuesta a ayudar, es super amable y atenta. Recomiendo totalmente

Wouldn’t even let me check in… had to argue with the receptionist for half an hour before I got into the hotel room. The shower was not working probably and the room would get flooded every time I bathed. Someone even got arrested right in front of the hotel and I think he was a guest

The hotel was relatively clean, and the facilities were okay for 2 nights. Nevertheless, the walls are very thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms nearby. The maids show little regard for guests' relaxation, as they forcefully shut the metal doors in the hallway at full volume, even as early as 6 in the morning. The hotel can be reached with public transport, but it is still very far away from the main key locations. There is no shuttle service, so you need to organize your transport on your own. In addition, the humidity in the hotel is very high, and the AC/fan does not help at all. No breakfast available...

I guess I should've checked the reviews prior to booking. I have been trying to reach the property for over 2 weeks now. They will NOT answer the phone. I have questions regarding my upcoming stay. I booked 3 rooms for the week and if this how they run their buisness I question how enjoyable my stay will be. I hate to start looking for something else last minute when I typically book in advance to get better pricing.

Hay que fijarese bien lo que se recibe en las habitaciones, suele haber cosas rotas o en mal estado y luego se la cobran al huesped como si el lo hubiera hecho, sin justificar lo mismo y haciendo cargos no autorizados en la tarjeta de credito.

Unfortunately, after 4 days at the Hotel, I have to leave a one star review. I tried to express my disappointment with the staff and management of the place, but with a cold shoulder I was offered an email address to address my issues. Such a huge hotel with no management to address your issues is a red flag.

Now about our stay, we had a two bedroom apartment, while at first it looked good, within 30 minutes we realized we were in a ghost hotel. During our entire stay no one ever approached our room for any cleaning services or fresh towels, when we asked for it, it took us 2 days and a few calls to finally get some fresh towels.

Their pool area, was very dirty, with very dirty lounge chairs. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. And everywhere you look you are staring at an outdated interior with dirty walls, dust, it gave us such an eerie feeling.

They call themselves a hotel, but they are anything but that. If you’re ok with dirty rooms, no service, a ghost abandoned building, no restaurants or a store. Then perhaps this is a place for you.

This place is deceiving. Do NOT be fooled. The blanket and sheets are thin, the A/C is broken, the gym doesn’t even have a treadmill and most of the machines are either rusted, broken, or not working properly. Food is overpriced $12 for 2 dry pancakes. ⚠️DO NOT COME HERE⚠️

I booked a room for a 3-night stay through Expedia. I arrived to check in late at night. To my surprise, my itinerary was cancelled by Expedia and I wasn’t able to check-in. Late at midnight, in a new city, I started to worry. I needed a place to stay asap. I was too tired to look up other hotels to crash for the night.

The two gentlemen (Murat and Diego) at the front desk were very kind and handled the situation very professionally. They advised me to reach out to the travel agency and provided the necessary support. With the help of these gentlemen, the situation was resolved. Murat was generous and offered me a luxurious room upgrade.

The SLS facilities are well maintained, and the meeting rooms are perfect for anyone planning to work remotely. There are 2 pools in the back and access to the best pool party in Miami. The rooms are oversized and clean. The security staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is right on the beach, so a 5-minute walk and you’re getting hit by a fresh ocean breeze.

It’s worth 7 stars as the service and environment, everything is perfect! It’s worth the money I paid. Will come back next time to stay longer.

First impressions on checking on…. Run ????‍♂️ I won’t get into the whole story but not friendly at all. I was honestly offended and almost canceled at the front desk. Even the concierge was rude. We haven’t even checked in yet… I will fallow up on this review later.

Follow up,
So when we checked in my wife gave the front desk guy our name and he said I see you have a double bed room that was booked through Expedia? My wife said no it’s a king bed I booked it through your website. He replied “no you didn’t I see it right here it’s through expedia” my wife pulled it up on her best western app and the guy was like oh never mind I looked at it wrong you’re right. It was just said with such a rude attitude it was just not a pleasant check in experience at all. Then we go ask the concierge about parking he said “come back at 1” and wouldn’t even look at us in the eye. I felt as if we were bothering both of these staff members by asking very simple questions because we haven’t been here before. I was being nice and was met with irritation and annoyance it felt.
Besides that the rooms are clean and nice. The beds are rock hard and the TV’s are very old bad picture all fuzzy. We’re paying 35$ a day for parking in their garage in the SMALLEST compact parking space between two huge poles it was a 10 point turn to fit between.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We arrived at the hotel early 10 am our room wasn’t ready because we were early. That we expected so we checked our bags and they told us they would give us a call when our room is ready. Come 3:30 we are tired of waiting because we see people checking in and all getting their rooms. Eventually we go up to the desk and our room was ready it had actually been ready and they never called. We paid for an ocean front king suite. We get to our room and we are in the lowest level directly above the pool so everyone can stare at you and see in your room. We are upset because this is not what we expected or what was advertised when we booked. So we called down and told them nicely this isn’t what we were expecting. She said you are in partial view room and basically there’s nothing they can do about it. Not sure why we got a partial view room when that’s not what we paid for at all. They basically said there’s nothing they can do to accommodate us or move us which I don’t understand how that’s possible because people check in and out of hotels everyday. Would never ever stay again and would never stay at a best western in general again over this ordeal. Despite not getting the beautiful view we paid for it’s really the invasion of privacy that this room offers that makes it so bad. So considering we had to have our blinds closed the entire time of our vacation what was the point of paying for the ocean view. There was never apology or accommodation and on top of that reading other people’s reviews it sounds like this is a huge problem at this resort. So basically this hotel is a scam and they just take your money and you’ll never receive your ocean front room that YOU the consumer has paid for.

I’ve had a very great time with my family & friends at Bestwestern and I’m willing to come back again. And also the Security Gaurd with the Shades was a great help and very respectful.

Facile da raggiungere in auto, vicinissimo alle spiagge di North Miami Beach, staff gentile, stanze pulite e grandi, tanti ristoranti e locali in zona. Parcheggio privato a $25 al giorno extra. Se si rimane una notte non è conveniente dato che per il parcheggio pubblico sulla strada immediatamente antistante rimanendo dalle 18:00 alle 11:00 del giorno dopo lo si paga solamente circa $4.

Rooms are ok, although the entire hotel seemed humid to the point of being moist. I am from a humid climate, but the humidity inside was beyond normal. The location is OK, a little far north of the tourist area

I am SO happy I chose to stay here. We just wanted a few days away on the beach. This place is perfect for that!!
We just took a Lyft from the airport and can rent bikes here to get around. There is also a nice sidewalk along the whole coast, that is very maintained and has water fountains often.
There is a CVS, just kiddy corner for all of my needs. This was so convenient!
This hotel gave me a lot of bang for my buck!!
