Kind and helpful staff, good location, convenient to get to the center by bus. Superior room.

Fint 4 stjernet hotel som lever op til sine forventninger.
Masser af aktiviteter til børn og voksne og aftnen.
God morgenmad med frisk frugt, juice og meget mere.
Flink receptions personale.
Beliggenheden er trukket lidt ud fra centrum men en spytklat fra stranden. Enkelte natklubber i nærområdet kan høre om aftnen/natten.
Rengørings personalet virker ikke umiddelbart til, at være super happy over deres job.

Alt i alt et godt ophold til en familie på 4.

Wunderbare Lage, Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr gut und insbesondere beim Frühstück wie Abendessen haben wir und sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, welche sich Zeit genommen haben. Das Essen selbst war täglich wechselnd und für jeden Menschen etwas dabei.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nice hotel with family friendly facilities. Maintenance could be a little better.
Breakfast was pretty good and filling.
Water and tea/coffee sachets are not refilled/replenished daily. Very surprising.
Small things, like asking for 3€ for use of the safe in the rooms, could be avoided.

I felt that the price is a bit high for the facilities.

Alles zusammen ein in bester Lage gelegenes Hotel mit einigen Extras. Z.B kleine Küche im Zimmer, 2 Outdoor Pools einen Indoor Pool und Sauna. Bei der Buchung muss man aufpassen, sonst muss wirklich jemand im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen... dann nützt die Bezeichnung superior Appartement auch nix... wenn es für 6 Personen nur 2 Schlafräume gibt...und Preis/Leistung passt dann auch nicht mehr...
Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr schön gelegen und gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gesäubert und die Handtücher gewechselt.

The worst hotel in my 15 years Mallorca experience. We have chosen the hotel because of the indoor swimming pool for kids - it was so cold that we could not use it at all. Staff was not helpfull in any of the requested things. Rooms are visibly used and would need a full renovation. Definitely not a place to go again.

We had a lovely stay with our family of 4 (3 y and 10 m). Service was great! Pool was not warmed as said on the website, but we enjoyed the pool nevertheless:)

Super Hotel in toller Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und familiäre Atmosphäre. Das musikalische Entertainment ist außergewöhnlich gut.

The hotel is a rather small family-friendly one, there are many pools options (even an indoor one), the food is correct (not huge choice but this is what you pay for). All in all the price quality is great and I would definitely come back

Wir waren in der Villa Houm Nets für eine Woche.Die Villa ist komplett renoviert. Die Villa hat einen großen Wohnraum, eine komplette Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche.
Wir kommen wieder!
