Despertarse en el centro de Palma con estas vistas… Es el verdadero lujo. Una de las mejores opciones en el casco antiguo de Palma.

El hotel cumple con todas las expectativas de un hotel 4 estrellas: Las habitaciones son modernas, espaciosas, perfectamente limpias y se puede encontrar todo lo necesario, albornoces, champú, hervidor de agua, etc. En el sótano hay un mini spa con jacuzzi y sauna y también se puede contratar masajes.

Elegimos la opción con desayuno incluido. El buffet es bueno, la comida es fresca, variada, para todos los gustos. Creo que esta opción ahorra tiempo.

La terraza de la azotea es preciosa, con vistas al mar y a la catedral, un lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, está en el casco antiguo entre calles antiguas, todo está a un paso. Mar, paseo marítimo, catedrales, plaza mayor, calle principal, tiendas, cafeterías. A pesar de todo esto, el barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy seguros y confiados incluso por la noche.

The hotel meets all the expectations of a 4 star hotel: The rooms are modern, spacious, immaculately clean and you will find everything you need: bathrobes, shampoo, electric kettle, etc. In the basement there is a mini spa with jacuzzi and sauna and you can also book massages.

We opted for the breakfast included option. The buffet is good, the food is fresh, varied and for all tastes. I think this option saves time.

The roof terrace is beautiful, overlooking the sea and the cathedral, a perfect place to watch the sunset.

The location of the hotel is great, it is in the old town between old streets, everything is within walking distance. Sea, promenade, cathedrals, main square, main street, shops, cafes. Yet the area is very quiet and peaceful. My wife and I felt very safe and secure even at night.

Отель оправдывает все ожидания, номера современные, просторные, идеально чистые. Есть все необходимое, халатики, шампуни, чайник все все что нужно. В подвальном помещении расположено мини спа с джакузи и сауной, так же можно заказать массаж.
Мы выбрали вариант с завтраком. Шведский стол хороший, еда свежая, разнообразная, на любой вкус. Думаю такой вариант экономит время. На крыше просто шикарная терраса, виды на море и на собор, идеальное место встретить закат.
Расположение отеля супер, находится в старом городе между старинных улочек, всё в пешей доступности. Море, набережная, соборы, главная площадь, главная улица, шопинг, кафешки. Несмотря на все это район очень спокойный и тихий. Мы с мужем чувствовали себя очень безопасно и уверенно даже в ночное время суток. Однозначно рекомендуем!

The hotel only has 3 parking spots, so we had to move public parking lot, located 10 minutes away from the hotel. It was really hard to carry all the baggage to the hotel.
And there were so many mosquitos and ants in the room.

Un hotel muy central, bonito, limpio y el servicio excelente! Súper recomendable

Hôtel très sympathique et idéalement situé. Personnel très attentif. Chambres confortables, il manque uniquement un balcon sur certaines pour que ce soit parfait.

Plein centre , emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieux Palma, petit hôtel avec de très belle chambre , magnifique vue du roof de la cathédrale, personnel très accueillant, très bon séjour. Je conseille cette hotel !

Fui por trabajo. La habitación estaba bien, la única pega es que no tenía una mesa donde poder trabajar y que estaba en la primera habitación al lado de la recepción (entraban los ruidos). Por lo demás genial, el trato muy bueno y a 5 min de la catedral.

Location idéale! Cet hôtel est situé dans un endroit vraiment calme dans la vielle ville! A 7 minutes à pieds du centre où vous pouvez trouver de nombreux restaurants ! Cet hôtel est aussi très proche de la Cathédrale et de la Baie de Palma! Apparence neuve, moderne et propre! La terrasse est très sympa et offre une magnifique vue. L'accès a l'espace spa est aussi très sympa. Vous pourrez y trouver un sauna, un hammam et un jacuzzi. Pour finir, le personnel est extra! Très souriant, accueillant et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en avance mais notre chambre était déjà prête! Nous avons eu de très bonnes recommandations pour des restaurants ! Le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! Beaucoup d'options et un super service! Je recommande vraiment cet hotel sans hésitation !

Hotel vorbeigelaufen.. weil es nett aussah von draußen, wollten wir uns die Lobby anschauen und eine brochure mitnehmen. Beim rausgehen sah ich die Wasserkaraffe neben der Reception und fragte die extrem unfreundliche Dame ob ich ein Glass Wasser trinken darf! Sie sagte „ nein „
!! Mit einem so arrogantem, so überheblich Ausdruck !! So was habe ich mein Leben nicht erlebt !!Wasser ! Nicht nur das es sogar gesetzlich vorgegeben ist, dass man es hätte geben müssen. Aber um Himmels Willen, ihr seid in der hospitality Branche und könnt nicht einmal ein Glass Wasser geben!! Mein Mann hat jahrelang 5 Sterne Hotels in der Schweiz, Spanien oder Deutschland geführt und so etwas darf in einem Hotel nicht passieren !! Dieser Erfahrung werde ich nie vergessen !!! Danke dafür

Skønt og smukt beliggende by-hotel med en dejlig atmosfære. Tag-terrassen er fantastisk, en oase placeret i Palmas ældste bydel. Et imødekommende, professionelt og serviceminded personale ud over det sædvanlige. Vi kommer igen en anden gang.

Sehr schönes und typisch mallorquinisches Hotel in der Altstadt. Alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ganz tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Leider war der Fußboden unseres Zimmers am ersten Tag nicht so sauber, aber das wurde nachgeholt.
Gerne wieder.

Un hotel precioso, con una ubicación ideal, en pleno centro del casco histórico de Palma. El único " pero" es que considero que el desayuno debería estar incluido.
