Este viaje se inició ,desde la reservación donde Ana, solo se dedicó a ayudarnos y darnos lo mejor, la llegada a ese pequeño paraíso en medio de las montañas de la Tramontana con unas vistas geniales, y en la noche desde tu terraza ver La cartuja ,la bienvenida fue estupenda, Carlos nos esperaba con su amabilidad y profesionalismo, la atención de cada uno de su Team es absolutamente maravilloso, en la recepción en el comedor, en cualquier lugar donde este alguien, siempre amables para colaborarte:

y para mí mis dos días con Amor, (qué nombre lindo)en el Spa fue un sueno, primero te ofrecen una demostración de sus masajes que hacen con los pies, y luego con drenaje de toxinas, donde de inmediato ves los resultados, en un ambiente lindo, delicado, también Amor con su asistente Sandra se dedican a ti, te explican lo que van a hacerte, y luego de relajarte, con música ,y tanto cariño que sales como nueva, te aplica aceites deliciosos, con cremas reductoras, para mí todo nuevo, EXCELENTE lo recomiendo 100%,

Extremely disappointed. This hotel has so much potential with its surroundings, architecture and location but unfortunately the heart of the hotel is missing. There wasn't anyone on front desk on arrival at a peak time of the day, the staff were clearly overworked. Our room was right next to staff quarters where they played the football loudly on TV, shouting at one another and smoking. On the last day of our stay they removed the buffet selection from the breakfast and we were not informed about the selection from the menu as it was just one staff member attending to all guests.
The spa was extremely run down, gritty sand and dirty throughout. Drinking water was not available in the spa nor were there shampoo, condition or towels. We constantly had to ask as there were so many things lacking. It seems that the end of the season was a wrong time of year to go but if the staff are so worn out then there should be a significant discount on the price of stay. Overall a lack of hotel management and enthusiasm from all staff.

This is a fantastic accommodation. It offers an excellent breakfast in a quiet atmosphere. I recommend it if you want to feel classic Spain rather than something grand. I have stayed in both places, Caprocket and here, but I think both are very good with different charms. In particular, the breakfast at Hotel Valldemossa seems to be much better than Caprocket. There is a lot more care put into it and the service is fantastic. 한국인들에게는 많이 알려져 있지 않은거 같은데, 강추드립니다. 특히 아침에 테라스에서 보는 경치가 환상적이며, 지친 심신을 달래기에 최적의 장소입니다.

Simplemente MARAVILLOSO. Celebramos hace unas semanas nuestro banquete de boda allí y todo salió mejor de lo que esperábamos. La comida muy muy rica y abundante. El servicio también maravilloso. La decoración tal y como imaginábamos gracias a Aina, la persona que teníamos de referencia para la organización del banquete y que estuvo siempre al pie de cañón para lo que necesitásemos.
Nos quedamos hospedados la noche de bodas allí y la habitación era preciosa, el desayuno del día siguiente muy variado y muy rico.
Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel! Esperamos poder ir cada año a celebrar allí nuestro aniversario.

Wir waren heute im Restaurant beim Essen. Das Menü war sensationell lecker. Jedoch hat uns Alessandro einen wunderbaren Abend bereitet. Wir haben selten eine so nette, freundliche und herzliche Bedienung gehabt. Es war perfekt. Da es sehr gestürmt und geregnet hat, hat uns Allesandro sogar zu unserem Hotel gefahren, da das Taxi nicht verfügbar war. So was haben wir noch nie erlebt. Danke für alles. Das Essen und der Service ist Einzigartig.

Fue la mejor experiencia culinaria de mis vacaciones en Valldemossa, la comida espectacular y el servicio de Albert y Biel fue inmejorable a pesar de que tuvieron inconvenientes con el encendido de la terraza lo solventaron con profesionalismo, nos explicaron los platos a la perfección y nos recomendaron un buen vino que nos hizo la noche todavía más agradable

Es un sitio espectacular respecto el lugar en cuestión, pero se nota que o fata de personal o de buena gestión, eran casi las 13:00 y fuimos a la piscina exterior (era bastante bonito) pero estaba puesto el robot de limpieza a esa hora cosa que dificultaba el baño y también estaba toda la piscina cubierta de plantas de pino por toda la piscina, salí con el cuerpo y la barba lleno de ellas... Se notaba que no era de solo un día, también habían higos por el suelo... Luego teníamos también SPA 2 horas, las vistas eran otra vez estupendas pero... Muy básica tanto la piscina interior como la sauna en 15 minutos ya no sabías que hacer... Luego nos fuimos al restaurante no voy a hablar de precios, pero lo que si comentaré es que como no estés todo el tiempo llamando al camarero no sales de allí, servicio de cocina muy lento y los camareros poco atentos, pedí entrantes y 2 platos principales y 2 postres. Voy a recalcar lo mejor lo demás para olvidar, la hamburguesa muuy buena la recomiendo bastante y un entrante con pan de cristal y carne mechada rico también. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación y una chica de recepción que se llama Adriana que es un sol ????.

We started our week long honeymoon in Mallorca with staying here for 4 nights before we headed East for the second part of our trip. We cannot say enough good things about the entire experience we had in our stay here - the location was perfect, situated just a few minutes down the road from the downtown Valldemossa area made for a perfect balance between having a private fairty-tale like escape and getting out to experience some of the local restaurants, shops and gorgeous hiking. We mostly split our time between relaxing at the hotel, and exploring the nearby towns by car - taking all recommendations given to us by the wonderful Rafael and Sina. They both were outstanding in finding places to go and things to do based on our needs, and overall such lovely and warm people that we looked forward to seeing every day during our stay. We'd highly recommend chatting with and getting to know them - they truly made sure our every need was met and it was just lovely getting to know them! All the restaurant and hotel staff we chatted with were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our main goals were to avoid tourists and maintain a relaxing yet mildy adventurous time during this stay and everything exceeded our expectations. We'd recommend taking advantage of everything the hotel has to offer - from the gorgeous, relaxing pool and poolside service, to the spa and hotel bar, we loved it all. We truly hope to visit again and know it would be tough to recreate the unique and dreamy experience we had during this stay anywhere else.

Fuimos al brunch y la verdad que es vergonzoso que cobren 39 euros. La comida en general roza la mediocridad, te ofrecen un mimosa y resulta que te lo tienes que preparar tu. Cocas de patata que es una pena que los turistas se vayan pensando que esa cosa tan mala es de lo que estemos tan orgullosos los mallorquines. Se ofrece como exclusivo del brunch huesos benedict, mejor no los ofrezcáis ya que están marítimos. Surtido de tartas..inexistentes, cocarrois aún los están haciendo..

Hem passat el dia a la piscina i el servei ha sigut immillorable. Tot el personal molt amable, atent i professional. El paratge és idíl·lic, es respira pau i natura. Molt contentes amb l'experiència, 100% recomanable.

Fuimos a cenar al restaurante y recibimos un trato extraordinario. Las mesas tienen una vista espectacular a Valldemosa y la comida está muy buena. Recomendamos la pluma de cerdo y las croquetas. Nos atendió Sete y Gonzalo y su trato con nosotros fue inmejorable. Volveremos

Wir hatten das Degustationsmenü und waren begeistert. Zu dem feinen Essen hat man ein wunderschönes Panorama und einen exzellenten Service. Was will man mehr für einen gelungenen Abend?!

Absolutely beautiful. Needs no more words. A stay is a must. I will be going back.

Schaute mich der Kellner vo oben bis unten an und wies uns ab. Aber so das man den Eindruck hatte man ist nicht gut genug. Da sollte man mal drüber nachdenken.
