Wir hatten am Anfang ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Leider ist gegenüber eine Baustelle. Aber vorbildlicher Service: Nach Reklamation wegen der Lautstärke bekamen wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer im Haupthaus. Das nenne ich First Class Service. Top!

Spacious rooms, excellent service and good breakfast buffets were eggs of your choice are served additionally. Since you will be in the centre of soller, you can choose between lots of cafes and restaurants. It about 500 meters to get to the bus station where 2 people can go to Palma for about 10 euros or to port de soller for about 4 euros. Or, expensive but funny, you can take the historical tram to port de soller right in front of the hotel.

Came for an afternoon drink in the front terrace area. Majority of the seating wasn't very comfortable, a few sofas in the corners which is nicer to relax.

Decor inside is very dated and the terrace area needs some tidying too. Was nice and quiet away from the main square.

My sister and I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the spa is amazing and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!! Sóller is beautiful and has many things to offer; we went hiking, to the beach, had great food and drinks, and lounged at the pool and spa! We loved it!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel Soller!

The staff are very accommodating and really make the experience extra special. Sandro is an asset to this hotel, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Great Location, fab breakfast and breakfast staff.

Would definitely like to go back, muchas gracias por todo!

Todo maravilloso y un gran personal, excelente. Los únicos peros serían el Spa, es muy pequeño y apenas hay 3 tumbonas, con lo que nunca hay sitio para relajarse. Y las almohadas de la cama. La habitación es un lujo, la cama es muy buena, pero las almohadas, como en muchos hoteles, dejan mucho que desear, y eso marca la diferencia con un servicio de lujo

Ein sehr gut im Ortszentrum gelegenes Hotel mit eigenen Parkplätzen(12 €/ Tag).
Das sehr gepflegte Haus hat 1 Außenpool auf dem Dach mit Bar, sowie ein Becken im eigenen SPA-Bereich und GYM-Raum. Das hauseigene Restaurant liegt sehr schön und bietet qualitativ hochwertige Speisen im gehobenen Preissegment. Dazu eine gemütliche Bar mit Snacks. Ein Fahrrad- und Kofferraum vervollständigen das Angebot.
Hervorzuheben ist das rundherum besonders freundliche Personal mit Deutschkenntnissen.
Excellent das reichhaltige Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst, Säften und frisch zubereiteten Speisen (z.B. Omelett, Crepes, usw.) 7:30 - 10:30 Uhr.
Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind ausreichend gross mit Duschwanne.
Einmal die Woche Pianomusik in Restaurant und Bar.
Die Bahnen nach Palma und Port de Soller sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Zentrum.

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu gehen und man ist auf dem centralen Platz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel besitzt einen Spa-Bereich welchen wir bis jetzt noch nicht genutzt haben.

Es un hotel genial!
Si bien he de decir que la habitación me la esperaba algo más moderna, me ha encantado igualmente. Aunque he de decir que las almohadas eran incómodas..
Tiene sps, pero el agua está congelada! Eso sería algo que cambiaría...!
La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta. A 2 minutos de la plaza donde está la iglesia y demás bares, tiendas, restaurantes, etc.
El servicio es estupendo, todo el mundo MUY amable!
Tienen parking de pago propio, muy acertado para la zona!
Y las vistas.....no se pueden explicar!
Aunque es algo caro, volveremos seguro!!

Alles sehr antiquiert. Restaurant absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Service sehr nett aber Qualität vom Essen und dessen Präsentation fragwürdig. Sauberkeit insgesamt so lala. Überall steht was rum. Geht leider gar nicht. Wir kommen nicht wieder.
