Stunning view of the sunset. The beach front is not spectacular but the hospitality, extra-ordinary customer service, nice quiet and relaxing place to rejuvenate will diminish the very small disadvantage of the resort. Highly recommended for those who are planning to get a wonderful experience at El Nido. Kaye, the marketing manager can speak Tagalog, English and French.

Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed!!!
It is close enough to the main town to walk or use the 24/7 free shuttle service that they provide, but gives you peace and romantic vibes aswell.
The rooms were lovely, aircon worked perfectly and the pool that overlooks the beach has the most beautiful sunsets, paired with the hotel's happy hour just in time for this is absolutely one of a kind!
The restaurant food and free breakfast provided is lovely and that paired with the amazing service is second to none.
We wanted to thank especially Kate who absolutely made our trip with how helpful she was, always with a huge smile and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much!!!! We are already recommending to all of our friends and family cant wait to come back again soon!

Après un début raté, l hôtel a oublié de nous récupérer à l aéroport… sans incidence, le personnel est extraordinaire de gentillesse ( mention spéciale pour KAYE++++ qui est charmante et attentionnée a toutes demandes, elle est très professionnelle et disponible pour répondre à toutes demandes)
L hôtel est magnifique, un vrai havre de paix , restaurant très bon ( excellent cuisinier) , piscine au top , petit déjeuner copieux . Vraiment parfait je recommandé vraiment.

Excellent resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it really helped make our vacation so smooth in multiple ways. The breakfast is spectacular and view is impeccable. Our family loved the free happy hour drinks and free tuktuks to town. Thanks to the Cadlao staff for your great hospitality!

Totally LOVED my stay here. Staff, rooms, location, restaurant/bar, all 5 star
Staff ; amazing service, super friendly, quick to solve any issue. My last day here my aircon broke, staff fixed it very quickly. They also lent me a socket adaptor for my entire stay so i could charge my phone. Free WIFI, free 24 hour TukTuk to the main part of town, or an easy 7 min walk.
Bar staff, Val, Mary, Necil, Mark and the rest were awesome. Anne in the spa gave me a beautiful massage.
Kaye, Kate and Francis at the front desk, and others who i didnt get their names were amazing. My companion couldnt be here for varying reasons, Kaye lifted my spirits everytime i saw her, salamat maganda ????.
Food was delicious, good selection , free cocktails between 4pm/5pm were great, perfect to watch the beautiful sunsets.
Recomend this resort to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Cadlao in El Nido. The staff were incredibly (Kaye helps us a lot!!! We lost our baggage and she helped us from the beginning with a big smile), friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido.

The drinks, food, service and serenity of this place were all great! And such a beautiful view it’s like looking at a painting. Very nice to have the free shuttle to town and back too. Very friendly staff.

Sehr schöner Garten mit Pools und toller Ausblick. Service ist überragend! Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Restaurant auch zum Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Nur das Zimmer und Bad waren etwas klein und der Wasserdruck zu niedrig.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff is super helping and competent, they help us even to find a doctor at 1 am when we needed it !!
Thé spot is incredible with a direct view on sunset, the pool very relaxing and the overall layout make you feel home, without being disturbed by thé other guests

We had an excellent stay at Cadlao El Nido resort. Absolutely everything was perfect. From the room to the pool area to the restaurant, staff is attentive to detail and always présent when help is needed. We could not imagine a better stay. Thank you so much!

Spent 4 nights here and had a really good time. Great scenic view at the pool, great service, fantastic good and the room was clean and tidy.
Shout out to Kaye and the team at Cadlao for their hospitality and attentiveness to our needs and questions. Their service made my whole stay and experience here a very enjoyable one.

It is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is very good and the food of the restaurant also delicious. On the other hand, our stay was incredible because of the kindness of the people that works there. If you need something, they will always try to help you. We highly recommend it !!!!

We stayed at Cadlao Resort for 6 nights and we absolutely loved it. We got everything from free cocktails from 4 pm to 5 pm to absolutely astounding service. If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would.
Kaye, Kate, and Francis at front desk were amazing. And Amiel from the restaurant always said hi and asked us how our days went. Everyone was caring, helpful, and efficient. Which really made our vacation that much more memorable.
My only complaint was that the room doors were hard to lock and unlock. But the rooms were AC-ed and well-ventilated. And the showers had great water pressure and temperature.
Thanks, Cadlao! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing resort in El Nido.

The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy parts of El Nido town but close enough to enjoy those parts with a brief 20 min or less walk or a tricycle ride. The property operated Tricycle don’t take you far but that’s not a problem as you can easily get one of your own from one of the locals offering that service. I stayed in the standard cottage which was perfect for me. Someone tall though may have a spacing issue on the toilet as the wall facing the toilet seat is very close. I actually made a mistake with my booking dates so the hotel had to remove my things from the room to honor another reservation. Even though this was an oversight on my behalf and a possible inconvenience to the property they remained kind helpful and accommodating. They didn’t even contact me to point out the error they simply help my belongings (which they packed for me) in the front office and allowed me to freshen up in the spacious bathroom there that includes a shower. This is the type of hospitality money can’t buy. My stay was already great but the customer service made it even greater. Not to mention the views from the resort are breathtaking. I highly recommend!

I truly don’t know why this resort does not have 5 stars because they really deserve it. Incredible facilities and the best staff. The view from our room will be engraved in my mind forever. You cannot beat the Filipino hospitality. I wish I remembered the name of the girl who managed the front desk because she was incredible. Along with every staff member, all so kind and helpful. I wish we had more days here. If we are ever in El Nido again we will be back! Thank you Cadlao!

My stay at Cadlao was absolutely amazing. Even at first glance, the views are spectacular and they remained so throughout my stay. The food was excellent - I strongly recommend the heart of the banana - and the drinks were great.
The staff went above and beyond for service - after I had a minor accident, they helped me clean and bandage my injury even after we had checked out. Huge thank you to Kaye.
They provided detailed recommendations and were thoroughly accommodating when I had to rebook the reservation. 5/5 would recommend!

We stayed here for 6 nights and this place was fantastic. Great for an “island” type of stay. A little down the way from the town was great to be away from the busy streets. About a 10 min walk into town or using the hotels free shuttle over. Staff is GREAT! Super friendly and accommodating with any issues. 10/10 recommend this place for a quiet island type cottage stay. Free breakfast tasted great. Drinks from the bar were great. AMAZING views of Cadlao island and the water.

Es gibt keine ordentliche Strasse für Taxis hierhin. Wir mussten tatsächlich über Schutt und Asche fahren!
Dennoch: Tolles Resort, 3 kleinere Pool-Anlagen zum entspannen. Super Breakfast - dafür aber Dinner gar nicht lecker und viel zu teuer…
Die Räume sind wirklich klein, WiFi funktionierte genau 1 Tag…
Strand zwar direkt davor, aber nicht wirklich badetauglich…
Für einen Aufenthalt von max 4-5 Tage okay.

Also, this resort is considered “beachfront” but you can’t really get in or sunbathe around the beach. It’s full of rocks and the water is dirty. The hotel has 3 pools, but the water is full of bugs and has no cleaner inside to get rid of them. I had bugs plastered to my skin by the time I got out of the pool. They should really put in vacuum or have someone fish them out.
Overall, term “resort” is being used very loosely here. I just wish the hotel was nicer considering I paid almost $200 a night and just before I came to El Nido, I stayed at Puerto Princesa which had much nicer resorts for less money.
( I recommend Astoria in Puerto Princesa). I would honestly just come up to El Nido for the tours, A and C are the best ones.
On a positive note, I will say that the staff was friendly and the tuk tuk service was nice although the range they take you isn’t much. Also, they provide 2 free drinks from 4PM-5PM and breakfast was good. There is also a place next door where you can book island tours.
