Cliente professionnelle très régulière, j'ai attendu avant de laisser un avis.
Le service et l'accueil sont toujours impeccables.
Hôtel : chambre toujours propre, petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits locaux
Restaurant : produits frais, spécialités locales, service très prévenant (appréciable quand on dîne seule)
L'équipe du matin et du soir a le sens du service client.
Bravo!

Service impec, surtout Maxime, qui était vraiment un serveur d’une grand habilité, dextérité, et en plus il chante bien. Le restaurant est très agréable. Toute l’équipe est vraiment sympa. Je recommande vivement.

Very cold in the rooms. The heating controls are restricted so not able increase the room temperature by much. I'm sure it's great in the summer. The service in the restaurant was great

J’ai très bien déjeuné ce midi au Lion d’or!
Un déjeuner en terrasse au soleil avec cette petite musique d’ambiance, je recommande!
Mon plat était copieux et très joliment présenté.
La carte est généreuse.
L’intérieur du restaurant est juste magnifique très moderne avec des couleurs très chaleureuse.
Pour finir l’équipe, juste au top !
Un Accueil très très agréable et professionnel!

Un hôtel avec du personnel très sympathique. Chambre propre et décorée avec goût. Le petit déjeuné est probablement l’un des meilleurs petits déjeuner que j’ai pu manger dans un hôtel. Un emplacement idéal avec le tram aux pieds de celui-ci. Je recommande.

Hôtel ou on vient régulièrement juste parfait comme toujours en revanche déçu le la suite ne correspond pas aux photos accès dangereux chambre froide et vu sur poubelle
sinon comme d'habitude literie accueille petit déjeuner restaurant serveurs tout est parfait.

Tout est parfait à l'hôtel Lion : l'accueil (charmantes hotesses), le petit-déjeuner, Le restaurant et sa carte variée.
L'hôtel situé en centre ville, permet un accès rapide aux nombreux commerces et cinémas. Je recommande cet établissement à qui souhaite venir en Auvergne.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. Situated in a bustling area, it's convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better location.

The room itself was impressive – spacious and impeccably clean. I appreciated the generous space provided, which made my stay comfortable. However, accessing the room was a bit of a hassle. Despite the presence of a lift, there were certain stairs that you always had to navigate, and being located on the top floor meant additional spiral stairs. The door to the room was surprisingly small, making it quite challenging to enter with luggage.

While the room was clean, there were a few areas that needed attention. The curtains appeared worn and stained, indicating a need for washing or replacement. This aspect affected the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the room.

Très bel hôtel, chambre chaleureuse et jolie ! L'accueil est agréable et le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon, du salé, du sucré ???? le restaurant de l'hôtel est également au top et l'équipe à l'écoute !
Nous reviendrons sûrement y séjourner !

I highly enjoyed my stay here; the receptionist spoke a different language and was very helpful. The hotel is modern; it has a great bar at the bottom with good options and friendly staff. It is located in the centre of the town so that you can walk everywhere. It has many delicious restaurants nearby as well.
The rooms are super clean, with good amenities and it's quiet, I couldn't hear any noises from outside.
