I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The service was consistently excellent, and all the staff members were extremely helpful. The reception team went above and beyond in arranging taxis and tours.
The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the rooms was both nice and clean. However, I would suggest that the bathroom could use some improvement, particularly in terms of having a more efficient extractor fan to eliminate odors more quickly.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It would be even better if they had a slightly different menu on different days for variety. Nevertheless, I was pleased with buffet and the service.
The hotel's motto, "Come as guests and leave as friends," truly lived up to its promise. My family and I felt that warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay, and we indeed left as friends.
