Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

Relaid des Plateaux Hotel and Spa far exceeded our expectations for Antananarivo accommodations. All aspects of our 3 different stays were lovely and so appreciated. Abundantly comfortable beds, rooms, amenities; extremely kind staff; and outstanding meals throughout the day. Airport shuttle was also very convenient. Many thanks to all staff and management! I really enjoyed my stay - comfy beds, great breakfast buffet and generally good restaurant. Added bonus are the nice pool area and on-site Spa. Would stay again during lay-overs !

Ate there for dinner with friends last night. Portions were very small, food was bland, and the cordon Bleu was so dry I could barely swallow it. Very disappointing

Un hôtel fabuleux pour passer une nuit ou plusieurs avant de prendre l’avion
Quel cadre reposant et sécurisé ! Avec en plus tous les services, un spa, une piscine extérieur, un service en terrasse, des repas fabuleux !

Nous n'y avons pas logé, mais fait une halte sur la route vers l'aéroport. Très pratique, à quelques kms de Ivato. Nous y avons lunché de Carpaccio de Zebu, foie gras, Ceviche de capitaine, et j'en passe, tout cela dans un cadre très relaxant au bord de la piscine. Une belle manière de terminer un voyage à Mada. Cartes de crédit acceptées, si vous avez déjà épuisé tout vos Ariary.

Hotel très bien situé pour une escale à Tana (transit, pb d'avions... la routine quoi). Les chambres sont bien agencées, la piscine est belle et le restaurant très bien décoré. La carte est varié et la viande extraordinaire.

Une place ideale pour se reposer juste avant le depart de Tana. A 15 minutes d'aeroport - cela permet a eviter des embouteillages. Et c'est un valeur majeur de ce lieu.
Très bel établissement, mais à éviter absolument, à cause de l'attitude d'un Directeur de restaurant qui s'est montré particulièrement odieux, agressif, arrogant et de mauvaise foi, pour une banale erreur de prise de commandes par le chef de rang.
Ce personnage n'a cessé de nous narguer tout le repas, au demeurant bon.
Il nous a poursuivi de ses invectives jusqu'à notre minibus.

Eventually they offered me an eggplant dish only, didn’t serve rice. so, I couldn’t eat the dish.
Thank you for your feedback. The eggplant dish is a moussaka, normally not served with side order. You should have ask for some rice, we would have prepare it with pleasure!
