Ich habe mich vor einiger Zeit entschlossen, in Dalmatien ein Haus zu kaufen. Nach einiger Suche bin ich auf CPS gestoßen und schon der erste Kontakt war sehr angenehm. In der Folge haben wir gemeinsam einige Häuser besichtigt, und nachdem ich meine Entscheidung getroffen hatte, hat mich Lea während des kompletten Kaufprozesses immer begleitet, war stets erreichbar und hat mit viel Engagement und vielen hilfreichen Ratschlägen maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir dieses Projekt schnell und unkompliziert umsetzen konnten.
Auch nochmal an dieser Stelle meinen herzlichsten Dank an Lea, aber auch Mia und Boris! Ich wünsche euch weiterhin alles Gute und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen auf der Insel Brač!

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Lea Jovic. I was a first-time homebuyers in a foreign country with very little knowledge about how to find the right place 100s of miles away from my hometown.

Lea is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off. She was always extremely responsive even with the time difference. I never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found a property to make an offer and it felt through Lea walked me through every step and we ended up putting an offer at another property and she helped with the negotiations. Living in California and buying across the country was scary and unconventional approach, since I have no ties to Croatia prior to my purchase, but it worked and I thank Lea for that every day! She’s really great to work with!

Suradnja sa agencijom olakšala mi je kupnju nekretnine. Sve od početka faze razgledavanja pa do same realizacije kupnje je bilo jednostavno, agentica Lea je bila dostupna i od pomoći tijekom cijelog procesa, komunikacija otvorena, ona izrazito simpatična i pozitivna. Nedavno sam odlučio prodati nekretninu na Braču. Više poznanika koji su u tijeku sa kvalitetom rada agencija preporučilo mi je Vas. Već sa prvim kontaktom bio sam ugodno iznenađen ljubaznošću, profesionalnom pristupu procjeni vrijednost nekretnine, te dogovorom o operativnom djelu prodaje u kojem ste sve kontakte sa ponuđačima, pregled nekretnine i konstantnu komunikaciju sa mnom, odradili korektno i na zadovoljstvo i prodavatelja i kupca. Ugodno sam bio iznenađen vašim angažmanom nakon same prodaje, a koji se odnosio na uknjižbu kupca, kontakte sa mjerodavnim institucijama oko preuzimanja komunalnih i drugih računa od strane istog.

We greatly appreciated Mia's and CPS assistance when buying our house on Brac. We had been looking for several years and there didn't seem to be anything in our budget/requirements, when we contacted CPS. Mia quickly and efficiently organized viewing of many properties of interest and through the entire process we felt safe and comfortable doing business with CPS and the sellers. Mia went above and beyond, answering all our questions and procuring extra information, and it really meant we were comfortable buying a property in another country.

Mia at CPS is amazing! She went above and beyond in helping us to get the apartment we wanted. As we were unable to travel to Croatia during that time, she made a great video of the place and we felt confident buying it without having seen it live before. We trusted Mia from the beginning. She is extremely professional, responds promptly, gets things done quickly and makes it easy for international buyers to get their bearings in a new place. You won’t find a better agent. Highly recommended!!!

If you are buying real estate on Brač the CPS is the best. Lea and Boris were amazing in helping us to find and buy a lot which matched our preferences. They responded to emails and texts immediately which is extremely rare for croatian real estate companies. They are super professional, provided helpful advice and processed the purchase in no time. You will not be sorry if you pick them as your agents!

The apartment on the first floor was very good. I liked the air conditioning, the terrace with a sea view, the bathroom, the location, and the owner lady. I did not like that there were two old coolers down on the backyard of a neighbour restaurant or bar which was very noisy and during the night we could not keep our windows open. Even when we close the blinders it was still loud, I cannot sleep. :-( They should take them somewhere else, it is terrible.
On the booking they listed adryer but it is a mistake, there are no driers but no problem, you can hang your swimmingdresses on the clothesline on the terrace, it will become dry till the morning.
