Our experience at this scooter rental place was nothing but great. Due to bad weather we were stuck on vis for a few more days than expected but Medo was super nice and helpful to us. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank You so much!!

We had a very smooth, very friendly and helpful service !
We rented two mountain bikes for a fair price as well as insurance.

We had two flat tires on our trip and the service to repair them was very fast and friendly.

Friendly team. Arranged some electric bikes for us which were great for getting around the island. Happy to pick up the bikes from our Airbnb which was really helpful. Cash only but that seems pretty standard on Vis and there’s plenty of cash machines nearby. The office is an easy walk from the ferry terminal.

We took a Military Tour (3,5h). Everything was good, we saw intersting places, our guide was great and told us stories. At the safe time we saw almost the whole island of Vis.

Simple, island vibes, hassle free... In line with concept pomalo. We took cabriolet, and had a great time driving around the island. Just call to reserve and agree on price, they usually work until 21.30, while the only gas station on island is in town Vis and works until 21h.

Personnel sympathique qui nous a conseillé des choses à voir sur l'île. Nous avons pris 2 petits scooters pour 24h qui ont parfaitement fonctionné.

Not a good experience with Vis Special. Hired the 50cc scooters, the boy that looked after us was great, and had no issues and returned the scooter and left. However, 30 minutes after we had returned the bikes they started calling us saying that we had lost a number plate and accusing us of crashing the bike?? Even though when we returned it there was no issue. They threatened to call the police if we did not “peacefully” resolve the issue (meaning pay them more money). I would not recommend this company as they tried to scam us and if we were less experienced we would have fell for this due to their intimidation tactics.

DO NOT USE VIS SPECIAL. Is it anything but special. It is actually traumatic. They made us pay an extra €20 for insurance, yet this supposed ‘insurance’ did not cover anything as they can dictate their own prices of any damages incurred on the bike. We returned two bikes and were told that it was fine, however 30 minutes later we received calls from the owner telling us we had to pay more money for an issue that was simply not our fault. The staff were rude and blunt and did not even have sufficient training to teach us how to use the bikes. I am appalled by this company. Please do not use Vis Special if you would like to enjoy your trip to Vis. We were made to feel like we were criminals on an effectively lawless island.

DO NOT GO HERE. Awful experience. When we returned the bikes they let us leave and then came after us trying to scam us for more money claiming that we lost a licence plate which was completely untrue. We had an issue when we locked a key in the boot of the scooter. They were so unhelpful and made us wait over an hour for them to reply to us and say that they wouldn’t be able to come and help us. We ended up having to drive back there to get the spare key which is ridiculous considering we paid an extra €20 for insurance. When we arrived there they were all sitting around doing NOTHING - so they could have came to us to help but they were too lazy. After the whole ordeal they complained about us inconveniencing them by locking a key in the bike, even though they never did ANYTHING to help us. Overall disgusting people. Do not go here because you will be SCAMMED.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They were the most rude, unhelpful and lazy people I have ever met, and they threatened us multiple times after returning our scooters. Do yourself a favour and don’t go here, as they target helpless tourists who don’t know any better to get money out of them. Disgusted and horrified.

We had a very spontaneous and (sort of extraordinary) requests for a Jeep+Driver to a hidden gem of the Island Vis. All other agencys have declined our request. Vis Special was really friendly, everything was organiserd perfect - what a great experience. Thank you Vis Special!

Very good experience. There were good preseason discounts and I had a puncture on the road and got another half of my rental back next day without any issues when it was fixed.

Good Bikes and wonderful service. The owner and the stuff here is very friendly and they help you with anything you need. Is there a Problem, they will do their best to fix it and make you Happy. Best rental and tours an Vis so far????

We went on a military tour with Kristijan, and we had the best experience! Tour was amazing and interesting, and Kristijan was very helpful guide. Although weather wasn't very good, it didn't ruin our tour.
We would highly recommend this agency!
