Among the most emblematic hotels surrounding Acropolis hill and its impressive Parthenon, Attalos hotel combines perfect location and views with friendly accomodation services.

Comfortable new rooms with A/C and good water pressure in shower. Breakfast self service and a good standard with clean area and fresh products.

We are having a good time while staying at Attalos Hotel. The room is suitable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) with delicious breakfast (not so much of variation but still great). The cleanliness is great. Staff also very helpful (ariving late). The customer service also patiently attending to all my emails from the moment the booking been place.
The location was the best part. 5 minutes walk to the bustling Monastiraki Square, closes to Ermou Street too. Easily accessible via bus or taxi.
Overall, it's a great stay especially with kids.

The rooms were ok. Apparently soundproofed. Didn't hear outside street sounds but could hear conversations on the corridor and in the bathroom you could hear the neighboring bathroom activities.
Towels refreshed daily and there were simple slippers provided. Also there's a fridge in the room (with complimentary bottles of water) but to a light sleepers annoyance the fridge noise can be annoying. The TV only has Greek channels rather than the continental selection you have in other countries hotels such as Spain/Italy. Not sure if this is the trend in Greece....
Breakfast was simple with a selection of usual continental stuff and some Greek pastries.
No time delay on the room lighting so once you take your card key out you're plunged into darkness as you need to step into the hall to activate the corridor lighting. Little things like that where putting a 5 or 10s delay would be helpful.
Overall decent budget hotel right in the center with good transport links. I don't think you can get much better for the price in such a central location (depends how much you paid of course)
