Atmosphere is good, service can be improved, one of the service staff’s face was black when serving us. Ordered a plate of spaghetti, but the noodle was too hard, seems like not well cooked. I requested politely from the service staff to help me reheat my spaghetti, he said that’s the way they cook it and cannot reheat for me. Will not visit again.

Phenomenal experience on my 30th Birthday dinner !

I decided to enter my BIG 30 in style and chose Barolo to celebrate my special day and I couldn’t have made a better choice !

My sister and I were welcomed with smiles by very friendly and efficient staff who directed us to our table .

It was a great experience from the time we arrived to the end of our evening. The food was mouth watering, compliments to the chef and kitchen staff . The live band was just amazing and made my day more special by singing a beautiful happy birthday song with the help of everyone around including the guests surrounded by the breathtaking view ! It was amazing !

The service was impeccable , a BIG THANK YOU TO GEORGE for all the effort to make this a memorable birthday dinner and for always making sure we were well served ! He is fantastic at his job, extremely passionate and enthusiastic and with lovely manners. An absolute credit to the establishment !

From start to finish it was flawless. Thank you ! It was exceptional in every way, your services doubled the joy of my birthday celebration .

We will certainly return and will have no hesitation in recommending Barolo to anyone going to Santorini. Keep up the good work and the positive aura .

I would say this is a top sunset bar and restaurant with beautiful setting and view for people who visited Santorini. We went visit for a drink during the sunset time and such a breathtaking and lovely atmosphere for couple and also friends to enjoy the cocktail and dinner. Service is great and we enjoy our time there with the wonderful sunset.

My friend and I, visited Barolo Santorini, and our experience was a profound disappointment. We had made a reservation for a table and arrived on time as scheduled. Everything seemed promising initially; the staff at the entrance confirmed our reservation and directed us to the entrance.
However, our experience quickly took a negative turn when, approximately 15 minutes after placing our orders, a lady approached us with an arrogant demeanor and demanded that we switch tables, claiming the one we were occupying was reserved. It's important to note that we had also a reservation, leading to an embarrassing situation for the two of us in front of other patrons.

What followed was even more disappointing. The way we were treated by this lady and the restaurant management that ensued was far from professional. The service overall was lackluster.
We had traveled from Paris with high expectations for this experience, primarily due to the restaurant's reputation and its stunning view. Unfortunately, this incident significantly marred our visit to Santorini.

I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to prevent such situations from recurring in the future and treats all customers, regardless of gender, with the respect and consideration they deserve.

In the end, my friend and I's visit to Barolo Santorini was a major letdown, and we cannot recommend it to fellow travelers based on this experience.
