C’est un hôtel de luxe installé dans un grand ensemble qui propose trois cent vingt-quatre chambres de catégories différentes, basiques, doubles, suites, supérieures, avec ou sans balcon. Ce n’est pas son charme visuel qui est son atout majeur, mais il dispose d’une bonne situation à Puerto de la Cruz, sur le paseo maritime et à proximité du Lago Martiánez. Il dispose de tous les équipements de luxe que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de ce standing, dont trois piscines (une pour enfants), un espace beauté (hammam, sauna, massages) et un restaurant.

The room is a good size and kept clean daily by the excellent cleaning ladies , the decor was a little shabby in places and the towel rail not fully secured to the wall , we had a balcony room , this was on the ground floor and at the front side of the hotel and was over looking pipework etc that was disguised by having a hedge in front of it , so we did not make use of it ????♂️
Great views from the roof terrace , plenty of sun beds and seating on the terrace and around the pool , the pool area is lovely , courtesy pool towels are readily available .
I didnt find out until the last day that they had daily events like archery , petanque etc , everything is listed on their web app using the free WiFi but not obvious ????♂️ .
There was bit of confusion as to when the room was available on the first day , we were told it was usually 2pm but probably be ok for 1pm , we got back at 1.40pm and was told No its 3pm !!! , but luckily was already for us .
I would stay here again as its a lovely location with great food and service , but would ask for a balcony room higher up ????????????????
