A 10 minutes de l'aéroport international, cet établissement est un bon point de chute avant de partir explorer le pays ou pour une dernière nuit avant de quitter le Costa Rica. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Dans ce cadre verdoyant, au milieu des arbres fruitiers, on se prélasse avec délice autour de la piscine. Détente et repos garantis.

HOTEL LA ROSA DE AMERICA se situe au calle La Rosa , Alajuela
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with airconditioning.
The restaurant has a nice menu with something for everyone to choose from. But if you want to eat somewhere else there also is a local restaurant nearby. There is also a small supermarket to buy your first groceries.
We always come back to La Rosa de America for a great start of our holiday in beautiful Costa Rica!
Le personnel est charmant
They advertise themselves as a spa hotel, so after a couple weeks of intense hiking, I came a day before my 30 hour travel home, spend a couple hundred dollars for taxis and the room, for the sole reason of getting a massage and soaking in a bath. I confirmed twice that my room was with a bath and didn’t get a clear answer regardless the massage so I figured would be able to book a slot when I arrive, only to discover they stopped with massages since Covid and not only was the bath non functional, the water pressure was so bad, I couldn’t even shower. I was trying to communicate with the manager (who wasn’t there) but she was of absolute no assistance, her attitude was aloof and I felt complete disregard for this ridiculous situation. In the morning they offered me a different room but it was also non functional. I absolutely wish I never stepped foot in this place. They completely ruined the end of my trip.
