L’hôtel Elounda Garden Suites est situé en bordure de la mer, à 100 mètres du centre-ville, bien au calme. Certaines chambres offrent une vue panoramique sur les eaux cristallines de la mer Egée et l’île de Spinalonga alors que d’autres s'ouvrent sur une terrasse meublée offrant une vue sur la montagne. L’hôtel propose aussi bien des chambres doubles que des suites d'un grand luxe prévues pour un couple ou pour des familles. Le personnel est aux petits soins, gentil et efficace. Propre, spacieux, au calme... Rapport qualité-prix imbattable !

I have been a returning visitor at this hotel because they are always extremely good and getting better. Again, I must stress the extremely convenient location near the center town of Elounda with the shops, diners, beaches, and terminals, but also on a quiet rustic side street. The quality of cleanliness, friendly punctual service by a well-trained staff, and the accommodations, all make for an unforgettable experience that we have savored over and over many times. I shall always return there.

The place is beautiful, very quiet, and chill. It is conveniently located, only 5 minutes away from the beach and a short distance from nearby towns, easily accessible by bus or car.
The staff members are extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
It is a perfect destination for a sun-filled vacation, offering relaxation and the opportunity to explore an authentic spot on the island of Crete.

The rooms were quite nice and clean and recently refurbished but I didn't sleep well due to the noise from the AC. It was not our AC that made a noise because that I could just turn off. Directly attached to the outside of the wall next the main bed was the external AC unit for the upstairs suite. Every time it kicked in it disturbed my sleep. There was a second toilet.
Breakfast was served from 8:30. Very expensive breakfast at €18 and not worth it. Children are half price so that helps a bit. Besides the usual buffet you could order hot food which was very average.
The pool only opens at 10:00 but by the time you get there almost all of the the sunbeds are already taken. The pool area is quiet small and there isn't much space for sunbeds. The pool itself has three depths so that was nice for my children.
When we checked out the service was friendly and professional. Even though checkout is at 12:00, our room cards stopped working after 11:00 so had to get them re-activated so that we could pack.
They have free luggage lockers which we used for a couple of hours.
