Dormir sur une péniche en Hongrie quelle chance! Il manque simplement la télévision française et quelques transats sur le pont du navire pour que se soit parfait ! Petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent et ambiance très sympathique très bon accueil !je recommande

Lungo le rive del Danubio troverete questo hotel, su una chiatta. É stata una bellissima esperienza, così come veniva raccontata durante la prenotazione. Cabine in stile marinaresco, con moquette e tappezzeria. Forse in alcuni dettagli un po' datate ma nel complesso veramente bello. Si trova a pochi passi dall'isola Margherita.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare un po' di tempo a Budapest.

Schönes Boot das in die Jahre gekommen ist, das freundliche Personal macht das aber wieder wett. Für petante und Luxus verwöhnte Reisende ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Stadt Budapest!

Netter und lustiger Service. Die Menschen an der Rezeption sind gut von ihrem Bootsmann erzogen. Der Frühstück Service ist immer bemüht und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Wer in den Nebenraum Eggs schreit bekommt in den nächsten paar Minuten eine neue Eier Portion. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr lieb und ebenfalls bemüht. Grüßen einen ganz nett auf dem Flur. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber so groß wie man es auf einem Boot erwarten würde. Leider ist nicht nur Teppich auf dem Boden sondern auch auf der Wand, auf welcher man bereits zahlreiche Flecken erkennen kann. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose, was für uns moderne Menschen einen kleinen Steckdosen Kampf erschaffen hat. Die Dusche ist offen neben dem Klo, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Das Boot riecht bootig. Das Zimmer ist pafümiert um die Dämpfe zu überdecken. Man kann Fenster öffnen und das Zimmer durchlüften. Man hört Nachts Straßenbahnen. Für alles Seekranken: Man spürt keine Schwankungen des Boots, somit muss man sich darüber keine Sorgen machen. Trotz unseren Mängeln am Zimmer hatten wir hier eine super, tolle und wundervolle Zeit. Nicht nur die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist schön auch bietet die Dachtrasse einen guten Ausblick über die Stadt und die Donau. Abends sieht man auch perfekt das leuchtende Parlamentsgebäude.
Alles in einem war das Bootshotel ein einmaliges Erlebnis für uns und wir würden wiederkommen!

The location was great, right by St Margaret's Bridge. Cross the bridge, and there are shops and restaurants, including McDonald's.
Short taxi or tram ride to all the popular sights.
The hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was delightful ????. Very clean.

Parkování u lodi, úžasný personál. Pokoj čistý, každý den uklizený - i o víkendu. Velká kajuta s výhledem na Parlament a řeku.

Pokoj malý, ale naprosto dostačující. Všude čisto. Jediné, co mi chybělo je odvětrávání v koupelně. Personál velice příjemný. Jedna z nejlepších snídaní, co jsme kdy měli. Káva, džus, čerstvé ovoce, čerstvá zelenina, mnoho druhů sladkého i slaného pečiva atd. Prostě úplně dokonalá snídaně.

Idea bellissima per soggiornare sul Danubio, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti delusissimi dalla camera ,troppo piccola e bagno senza ne finestre ne aerazione, praticamente tutto il bagno è una doccia ,se si prova a farsi la doccia si bagna tutto,purtroppo non consiglio. Nota di merito al personale invece, che si è sempre dimostrato gentile e corretto .

Najveća prednost hotela je besplatan parking kojeg ima u dovoljnoj mjeri, blizina javnog prijevoza i predivan pogled. Osoblje je izrazito ljubazno, doručak svakako preporučam.
Sobe su zadovoljavajuće s obzirom na cijenu i pogled ali ne treba imati velika očekivanja jer su relativno starije. Nama osobno je bilo izvrsno, bez zamjerki i sigurno ću ponovno bukirati. Od sada je to smještaj za nas u Budimpešti

Great location but very tired inside. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Clean but, we had one damaged bunk which was potentially dangerous. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Picked the Grand Jules Hotel for the experience of staying on a boat on the Danube and also the proximity and the view of the Parliament at night and neither have disappointed me.
Started by booking 2 nights but ended up by starting 4.
The experience is great, the conditions great as well of you don't forget you've opted for staying on a boat and not the Titanic.
All personel of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is sufficiently diverse and tasty so I recommend going for the breakfast included package.
I've booked a double room with city view (the river view was not available) but the noise some were complaining about from the dock side is not true. The noise in fact is of the tram passing on the nearby bridge which is inevitable regardless of the side of the rooms, but it's not something one cannot overcome in my opinion.
If there's something slightly negative to mention is that the rooms are not that will sound proofed and noisy clients can bother other clients trying to rest. But again, this is says something about some people, not the hotel or staff.
We've had a great time staying here and getting to see the beauty of Budapest, so I encourage you to experience this.

Unusual and good experience sleeping on the boat hotel on Danube River, on Budapest shoreside. Clean and confy. Parking on a public strip of the road outside. Well connected to the city centre by public transport. Great view over the Parliament and bridges from the cabin window. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

Alloggio insolito, ma ottimo per posizione e servizio. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere tutti i punti della città facilmente sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La nave è un po' datata ma comunque tutto pulito e il personale si è dimostrato davvero super gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Le camere sono piccole, ma è presente tutto l'essenziale. La vista spettacolare, soprattutto la sera quando dal letto puoi godere del parlamento illuminato dall'altra parte della sponda.
La colazione ottima, completa in tutte le proposte, dolce e salato. E il personale attento a non fare mancare mai nulla.
È stato un piacere alloggiare da voi.

Wybrałam tą opcję, ponieważ było to coś ciekawego, nowego i coś z czym jeszcze nie miałam do czynienia. Czytałam różne opinie lecz dobrze, że mnie one nie zniechęciły.
Hotel/statek znajduje się w bezpiecznej okolicy, z widokiem na główne atrakcje Budapesztu, co równa się temu, iż jest blisko do wszystkiego. Klimatycznie. Przy statku darmowy, długi parking.
Śniadania bardzo dobre, obsługa bardzo miła, pokój przytulny z pięknym widokiem. Zły zapach, o którym wspominali inni użytkownicy nie miał tam miejsca.
Na pewno tam wrócę!:) Polecam.
