Die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Teppiche und des Mobiliars nicht die modernsten, jedoch absolut sauber. Eine Nespresso und ein Wasserkocher stehen zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren für uns perfekt, sehr feste Matratzen.
Unsere Tochter fand das Zustellbett hingegen sehr weich...
Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Käse, Wurst, Fisch, Müsli, Säfte, Kaffeevariationen, Sekt, Eier, Gemüse, Obst mit Schokobrunnen und diverse Mini Blätterteigteilchen...
Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und sprechen fließend englisch.
Und hat es hier an nichts gefehlt und es war für uns das perfekt Hotel für 5 Tage Budapest!
stay. Lovely,friendly and helpful staff. We've got a cake and a bottle of champagne because my partner had birth day at the time of our stay. Very clean rooms with a terrace. Very close to the new york caffe and metro station. Very happy with our choice

Located just outside the centre of Budapest.
A very nice modern hotel, very comfortable, good breakfast choices included a hot breakfast. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, giving good advice on where to eat and what to visit.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet (auch viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme). Das tägliche Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich (u.a. Müsli, Obst, Gemüsesticks, Wurst, Käse, Eier, Sekt, Mini Croissants und süßes Gebäck).
Unerwähnt bleiben darf auch nicht das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

The staff are really helpful and friendly and we have to give a special mention to Karolina who kept our bag safe after we had left behind in the lobby .
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accommodation here in Budapest
The hotel was fantastic, honestly I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff were all so nice, even though they were always really busy at the front desk, the cleaning staff were lovely and the rooms were sparkling. The facilities were lovely, and having a space to go into the hot tub at night and see views of the city was just stunning. Winter or Summer I can imagine this place is great.
Its in a nice location at the edge of the Jewish quarter, there is alot of nightlife, places to grab food, and its not too long of a walk into the city centre and down to the banks of the danube. Public transport is very handy nearby, we got the bus and the metro from the airport, and theres three metro lines within maybe a 20 minute walk, and tram lines within a 10 min walk.
The breakfasts are delicious, honestly I wouldn't tell the staff to change anything, it was all fantastic.
The housekeeping could have been better, it was nice and clean upon checking in and we were assisted with a fan in the room to keep us cool at night as heating is in default until the 1st of April. However, on our last night, surfaces hasn't been wiped down, floor not swept properly, bed still got hair which is not on my side and not my hair colour, etc.
On a positive note, I would like to commend Karolina, from reception and Ga'bor, from the buffet restuarant, for making our stay very pleasant. Their friendly and warm demeanor is worth emulating for anyone who works in the service and hospitality industry. I wish them the very best in the future. Also, to the equally hardworking staffs, smile, it heals ????
Im Wellnessbereich kam dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Whirlpool, mit dem Hotel wirbt, hatte einen braunen Rand an der Wasserlinie und im Pool war ein großer Fleck mit braunem Schaum. Es war zwar so viel Chlor enthalten, dass einem die Augen zu tränen beginnen, aber das macht die unhygienischen Bedienungen auch nicht mehr gut. Bei unserer Ankunft waren im Waschbecken noch fremde Haare im Zimmer. Anscheinend wird die Sauberkeit hier nicht mehr so großgeschrieben wie 2016.
