Upon arriving, my driver from the airport said this hotel was in a great location-- central to everything and she was right! I arrived a bit early, and no rooms were immediately available for check in, thankfully Jose was able to hold my luggage and I was free to explore the city before checking in. The hotel is tucked away, right across the street is a cute little park with a cafe( which would be a fav hangout spot of mine while in town) which is open late. The hotel is perfectly located- walking distance to a lot of great sites, shopping, and restaurants, and not too far from public transit for things that aren't that close. Lobby and dining room were very clean/ nice. Room was the perfect size, the chandelier was a nice touch. Bed was big and comfy. The shower was really nice- just a little slippery so be careful. Only cons is the walls were thin (but it is Europe so) At night I could hear the loud closing of everyones doors. I was on the 1st floor and my upstairs neighbors apparently liked to stomp around in the middle of the night. Overall amazing experience. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were very nice. I would stay here again and recommend for anyone going to Lisbon. A beautiful, relaxing hotel

La opinión es en relación al restaurante del hotel. Desconozco cómo será el alojamiento, pero es destacable que admitan mascotas. En el restaurante les ponen agua para beber. La comida está muy bien y tiene una buena relación calidad precio. Y el trato por parte de los camareros muy bueno.

Hands down the best kept secret of lisbon. I hesitate to write this review because I still want to be able to get a room when I need one but seriously Alegria has the charm and character of a classic boutique hotel paired with perfectly clean and well styled rooms. Their manager Ines is a complete doll! She always makes us feel welcome and at home. They even sent my mother brownies to her room for her birthday. This place is a gem ????!

This hotel was an amazing finding. What a great surprise. The Hotel itself is small and beautifully decorated which gives cozy vibes. For those who like it: this is a VERY instagrammable hotel.
Our room had an amazing view to the square right in front of the hotel that we could use either of the 3 giant windows to enjoy it.
Breakfast was great and the restaurant decor and vibe was so beautiful and pittoresque. Food was great with plenty of options.the only downside is the price here. $40 per person is overpriced for breakfast.
Location couldn’t be better: The hotel sits very close to the Avenida Liberdade and we could explore a lot of attractions by foot.
Definitely recommended for a comfortable, peaceful and charming stay.

We stayed for four nights and just absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are not huge but nicely appointed. Definitely try to get a room at the front of the hotel with balcony facing the park. Perfect location, great breakfast and surprisingly great dinner. Two nights we were the only patrons for dinner and the food and service was impeccable. There are some quirks as you would expect. If you want a Marriott experience - look elsewhere but if you are looking for a nice romantic hotel with great food - this is the hotel for you. The only thing I would not suggest is asking staff for restaurant recommendations - this was their only failing:) We can’t wait to return.

The hotel is absolutely perfect. You can't stay anywhere else in Lisbon other than here. The location of the hotel is very good. 10 minutes walking distance to Rua Agusta. The rooms are very quiet, the cleanliness is great. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The open buffet has everything and it was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Walking back to our apartment in the rain, we were in need of having wine and tea. The hotel struck us as so beautiful, with the lovely rich colours and the lush greenery which graced the front of the hotel.
The waiter greeted us warmly and showed us to the lovely dining room to have the tea and wine. We felt very welcome. The wine was so smooth and rich. The tea pot was elegant.
We were struck by the well appointed lobby and dining areas. The 2 seat game space was lovely.

Amazing boutique hotel! Beautifully decorated with charm.
My room is like in a 5 star hotel! Enormous, the most comfy bed, robe, slippers, Nespresso machine, kettle, minibar. I want to move in permanently. Outstanding service!

This is actually the cutest little find this hotel is in the perfect spot surrounded by so many shops so many restaurants and so easy to find. The rooms are actually cute I like the set up. The breakfast room that they offer when you book this hotel is actually pretty cool I love that they have it set up very elegantly with background music that actually makes you feel like you're on vacation. The people here at the hotel have been very friendly very informative and also very helpful. This is really one of the best spots as far as location I can't even describe for a person who's never been here before this is the best place to I would say stay at because it's so quaint and comfortable.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen aber in dem fall muss es einfach sein. Jose am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, spricht auch bisschen Deutsch ;) Bin von dem Service und Zimmern sehr begeistert, alles ist sehr sauber gehalten, das Personal ist mega freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet übertrifft alle Erwartungen, es gibt so viel Auswahl und alles ist wirklich frisch und qualitativ zubereitet. Werde immer gerne wieder kommen, das Hotel ist sehr zum empfehlen :)

Bardzo podoba mi się hotel. Piękne przestronne pokoje. Duża piękna łazienka z oknem. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne, duży wybór. Pyszne omlety. Kolacja świąteczna była bardzo dobrym wyborem. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo klimatycznie, czysto, pięknie. Będę tu wracał. Polecam.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé. La situation, tout d'abord. Les prestations ensuite. Bon ! ce n'est pas un palace. Mais c'est très propre, les gens à l'accueil sont charmants. Le petit déj' est très bien. Parfait pour découvrir la ville.

Les chambres n'étaient pas toutes restaurées quand entre filles nous y sommes allées... Certaines avaient des soucis avec la lumière de la salle d'eau et la robinetterie. Apparemment depuis tout est de bon goût et en effet sa situation et le charme de la place en font un des petits hôtels sympathique et pas cher à réserver.

The tiramisu was watery, almost no bottom and way to much cacao in a failed attempt to give it taste.
